One of the BEST in Florence, this establishment is on the other side of the Arno River. Not a long walk, but worth every step. This is a great choice if you are looking for that Florentine beef you are craving. But don't sell it short. It has many other dishes that are excellent.

We ordered the bistecca sashi, truffle pear dumplings, and rigatoni alla carbonara as the main. Beef tartare and gazpacho for starters. everything was so good.

It would’ve been smarter to not have come back to dine on a Saturday night..when the over-amplified keyboard player belts out dubiously performed numbers unceasingly. Normal conversation becomes near impossible to put it mildly. Coupled with uneven table service showing that their supposed friendly ‘teamwork’ isn’t really in place, we sadly have to report we didn’t think the=kitchen work was quite as reliably enjoyable as usual, either. The favoured carbonara sauce wasn’t quite as well achieved, & we found the tender meat on the rib main we shared, delivered with virtually no sauce / broth /just just too dry to be be thought well-judged by the kitchen. And it was unforgivable that initially side plates had been placed in front of each of us supposedly ok for we having ordered a main course. Yes, that was corrected- after I’d complained. Grrr. Inappropriate wine serving temperature/mismanagement sealed the evening as a disappointing mistake. Not recommended.

First of all, a winelist with big names but no year whatsoever is not good. The first 5 wines we ordered were not available. The recomended wines were almost 100% over indicated budget. Finally we decided to order a pretty standard white wine, sommelier was obviously not happy. We did not even get to taste the wine when served and no cooler provided, Location is great with a very nice garden. Food not impressive at all. 4 mediocre slices of cheese at 22€? No explanation whats on the plate. Carbonara low temperature, sticky eggjoge and more raw than aldente. The location is nice but needs really more tender love and care. Now its a bit embarassing and by far off par with other Experiences we had in Florence. Really a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

The food and service were perfect. The owners really want to get things right and they nailed it. Delicious steak and even better sides.

Good food, we had pasta and a filet mignon. All were good and the prices were reasonable.

Fantastic service and recommendations on both food and wine., and very reasonable for the quality of everything we enjoyed. Lastly, we felt genuinely welcomed by the wonderful hospitality they showed us.

I had a spontaneous dinner at Braceria All’11 and overall, it was a great experience. Initially, the staff seemed a bit inattentive, likely because I arrived quite early, just after the restaurant opened. I ordered the beef tartare with Parmesan and the Chianina filet mignon. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, with the filet cooked to perfection. There was a small issue with the tartare, but the staff addressed it promptly and professionally, offering a sincere apology and a generous discount. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the service became very attentive as the evening went on. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Florence and looking for top-quality meat in a relaxed setting.

The food was average, nothing special. The service was very weak. The waiter seems to be in a hurry to somewhere, didn’t give several ordered positions and wasn’t helpful in choosing.

Absolutely by far, which is really saying something my favorite restaurant in the Santo Spirito area…. Everything was phenomenal from the service to the ambience and the food was incredible. Make this a must reservation when visiting you’ll be so glad you did.

There’s no doubt everyone working here is enthusiastically committed to doing their very best to ensure the diner’s experience is as complete as it possibly can be … from managerial friendly professionalism through to helpful support staff at table- you are made more than welcome. & yet they understand never to go too far delivering their brand of warm & friendly hospitality. Such balance! Chief Aldo & his team plate great Tuscan food in a modern yet not trendy style - it’s a balance hard to find > & it’s well priced ! Highly recommended.

This restaurant is beautiful in decor and better in food selection and perpetration. I have been to Florence more than 20 times, and I would rate this restaurant top 3 in all of Florence. Great food, great service, great overall place to eat.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Warm welcome, highly trained waiting staff, perfect ambience, perfect food. This will be our number one choice across the river going forward. Can’t speak highly enough of it.

Braceria all'11 is a great restaurant. My wife and have eaten there twice so far, and both meals were terrific. The service is friendly, but most importantly the food is delicious. The menu features both classic Tuscan (e.g. Bistecca, pasta with boar sauce, crostini toscani), and more. Among the highlights we tried were a fantastic risotto with fresh truffle, a pear and pecorino fiocchi that was incredibly delicate and subtle, and chocolate lava.

Wow. What a fabulous evening. This restaurant has an extensive menu, especially steaks, and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband remarked it was the best steak he had ever eaten. Great wine list and wonderful service too. What more could one ask for!

This is our fourth day in Tuscany and we luckily picked this beautiful fine restaurant for dinner. The environment here is so artistic. Once seated, candles will be lit, creating a really charming atmosphere. The double appetizer platter is super generous. Besides the cold cuts directly supplied from the farm and several kinds of cheese, it also comes with honey and jam, presenting unique flavors and tasting delicious in every bite! For the main courses, we ordered the truffle steak and wild boar saffron risotto, both of which were extremely yummy. The risotto had a distinctive aroma, and the steak was plated like a work of art, with a circle of different dips around it, ranging from cream to purple sweet potato sauce and then to mustard sauce, making each bite a one-of-a-kind experience! The final dessert was a dark chocolate cake, which was fluffy and not overly sweet. All in all, I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. Every bite brings full surprises!
