10/10We had an excellent meal in the restaurant with our group of 5. The servers were very attentive and all our needs were catered for. The only point for me was queuing for the bill with our group. We think this would be better suited with table service while people can finish drinks etc. Overall excellent!

9/10+1The service (young maître guy) and the ambience made this experience top notch. Bison tartare represented a major fail though (tasteless). Reindeer, Quail and Grappa were exquisite. Egg-truffle, Angus, grilled veggies and wine were good. Desserts were decent. As a hint, consider to follow maître’s advice about starters and meatcuts. I will come again to focus just on a large Fiorentina cut with some grilled veggies, which I guess is the best thing to do here.

10/10Amazing!!! Argentinian living in Italy. Seeing a meat dish named Dall’Argentina, OMG. It was incredible. Was a looking for a place to eat meat and it was better than I expected it.

10/10Bracerie venete is a frequent visit for us. The restaurant is well curated and has a nice retro ambience. The food choice is limited but the materials are exceptional besides being very wisely cooked and well presented. Service is amazing, the guys really know how to make you feel comfortable! You’re going to eat meat (as the name suggests ;-)) Wine selection needs to be improved as well as bread, too chewy! If you’re looking for a lovely night, pay a visit. Average check: 55-60 person (entree and main course , glass of wine, water)

7.5/10The food was really excellent. At the beginning the service was very well, but then we waited 15 minutes in front of our empty glasses. Nobody recognized that we didn't have anything to drink. At last we ordered the same wine as we had before, but we received a different wine which we complained. The waiter said that the sommelier will come and check. We waited another 10 minutes but noone noticed us. This is an absolutely no-go. We left without drinking and paying the second glass of wine, which - at least - was accepted. All in all this ignorance of the waiters is inacceptable in this kind of restaurant. Disappointing!

10/10Myself and my husband had a fabulous meal here on a Thursday evening. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed but attentive and the staff are friendly, welcoming and good humoured. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, good music, very cool decor and the place smells wonderful! The tables and seating were very nice, well spaced and comfortable. The food was so very good. There is clearly some serious passion for excellent ingredients and quality meat here. This is conveyed by how knowledgeable the staff were when talking about the dishes and assisting us with our choices. We had starters of beef carpaccio and beef tartare, very generous in size without being too much but so delicious and perfectly seasoned. Then we shared a large costata (ribeye) which was absolutely fantastic, cooked to perfection and so melt in the mouth. A side of charred radicchio was the perfect bitter foil to the meat and all that was needed. We felt we’d made it that far that it would be rude not to have a dessert and thankfully the selection was small but perfectly formed. We chose mascarpone dessert with shortbread biscuits which was like an unctuous custard with just the perfect level of sweetness and also had a chocolate cake with ice cream which was warm and dense but again a perfect balance of sweetness with a good strong chocolate hit. The bill was very reasonable and the staff very kindly squeezed us in for another booking too. We couldn’t ask for more.

10/10Its the ideal place to enjoy meat and italian cuisine. The services are just perfect. People working there love their job and they show it. Menu is quite big and this could be a small issue. If you viisit Trieste, Bracerie is a must go to place. And yes, its expensive.

4.5/10I generally seek out a good steak house and I travel extensively. I felt the menu was very confusing to order a steak. Pricing by hectogram for most cuts of beef. Offering steaks from other countries but nothing local or even from Italy. I asked for a small, tender cut of beef and when it arrived it was way too large for one person, very tough with lots of fat and gristle, and only cooked rare. I was told the kitchen refused to cook anything higher than rare and the hot plate steak served on would finish cooking the meat.(it didn’t) I ordered the mixed vegetables which were cut in huge chunks with no flavor, spice or seasonings. I ordered a drink when seated but told no Spritzer’s so I ordered vodka/soda and they presented me with two types of vodka neither which I had ever heard of, received tonic instead of soda as mixer, The restaurant offered a extensive wine list, but no list of reds by the glass. I was shocked when I received my bill and it was €120. The tough steak I believe they said was from Holland was €77. Overall felt taken advantage and wasn’t a pleasant dining experience.

10/10The service was incredible, the staff served three special dishes before the items we ordered. Two mini appetizers and a gin drink infused with mint, absolutely breathtaking. The steak was delicious, highly recommended.

10/10The staff was excellent. We did the 6 course tasting menu and was delicious and every course was described in detail and matched with wine perfectly. Loved the special touches added ( house sparkling with starter and aperitif).

10/10Amazing Brasseria in the heart of Trieste. Thr food was delicious. The mine gold of the restaurant is its Staff: nice, kind and high-professional people. I would recommend it to everyone looking for nice and fresh high quality meat ????

10/10We came back for a second time and the dinner was just as amazing as we remembered it last time! Besides exquisite beef dishes, you should also try other kinds of meats, like buffalo or Pata Negra pork. And save some room for dessert. We had Mascarpone and biscuits, very light and perfectly rounded off the dinner. They also have a great selection of wines, by the glass or bottle.
