The food was very good. We had the hummus app, fish soup, beef filet, among others. Our table of eight was treated to very attentive service, although possibly understaffed on a Sunday night. Overall, I would recommend, especially if staying at Hotel Dieu. Consider splitting the mains and having starter/soup.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful hotel, so the atmosphere is quite luxurious, and the view from the terrace is beautiful. But the food was quite a disappointment, the portions are extremely small and very pricey, well, I wouldn't mind that if the taste was exceptional, but in this case it was just average. We ordered a steak and the fish, and it really wasn't memorable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Dinner on Easter Sunday was a Chaotic Disaster. There was so much yelling and noise coming from the kitchen, it was very anxiety producing. There was something wrong back there. It took 2 hours to get our meal, and my Kofta were still raw inside. I was afraid to eat them. Some tables still didn’t have food after 2 hours. The wait staff were running around in a panic. It took 45 minutes to flag someone down and get a glass of wine. I think the front of the house and hotel managers were working in the kitchen too. The rest of our stay was fantastic. I would recommend the hotel and Alycone but not this restaurant.
Brasserie Les FenêtresDear Mrs Cara, I would like to present our apologies for the bad experience you had in our brasserie this sunday evening. Due to certains parameters, we were unable to provide you our usual top tier service. We hope you would consider giving us another try so that we may give you an experience more in accordance with your expectations. Best regards

Well-executed cuisine with flair. Local specialties, excellent seafood.

Excellent food with charming service. The bouillabaisse was outstanding. Individual and identifiable pieces of fish (unlike many others) with soup poured separately. Entrecôte steak cooked exactly to my liking. Starters and dessert equally good. Interesting selection of local wines. The one recommended to us was not the cheapest but it was right.

In general everything is not too bud, however there is not separate area for smoking and it is a very unpleasant thing; members of staff poorly speak English , some of them don't at all, some ask incorrect questions, this is really annoying . Meal was very average without culinary fantasy, even more poached peach was served with stone!!!

6th visit AND THE LAST... I had booked tables two days in a row. The service is still outrageously out of decency and professionalism. The waiters have a disturbing familiar way of dropping the plates on the table, and addressing the guests without any style. The quality of the dishes on this second day was ORDINARY and definitely not up to the standard expected for THE HUGE PRICE paid. As previously written, Chef Levy is now dealing into brasserie style at exorbitant prices. We do regret the time when he was a capable chef. The Foie Gras was good. The fish was totally basic, supposed to be "flambé au pastis”, tasteless, Panisse was of very poor taste and to top it up, we had two main courses served and had to beg for the third (identical) course to be delivered… after 10 minutes waiting. Each course is decorated with tiny droplets of “WHAT’STHATSTUFF” that are tasteless and make every dish look similar, even the dessert. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Fifth visit to Les Fenètres, though this time, while the food has been excellent as usual, the service was deplorable. Our waiters would fit better in a cheap pizzeria. They dumped the plates on our table, giving no description of the composition of our dishes (a usual practice in this style of restaurant). After pouring our glasses once, we were completely ignored and I had to play the sommelier for refilling our glasses at all times. The starters and the main courses were served with diligence but we had a long wait for our plates to be cleared before being able to order the desserts. No style in clearing our plates, arm passing in front of a guest to pick up a plate over the table. Disappointing to see the chef Levy passing twice through the restaurant, never greeting the guests, not even an eye sign nor a smile, (except the people he personally knows...)! In fine, we do regret the quality of the service we experienced when he was chef at Une Table au Sud.
