The food at L’Ardennais is fantastic and the service is warm, fun and friendly. This is a lively neighborhood restaurant with a lovely ambiance. Definitely recommended for a casual lunch or dinner.

Due to staffing issues , just a few tables in use. We sat in their small outdoor space. Staff did everything to accomodate the shortness of staff, but it did impact our experience a bit. Food was of good quality, steak tartare unfortunately not knife cut. Interior seating looked a bit better for comfort and atmosphere. Typical french fries (tasty but also not to firm).

Our first visit to the restaurant. The service was kind. We took the suggestion of the chef (beef entrecote). The beef was of good quality and the sauce was good. However, although we ordere. It rare it was overcooked.

Good food at a reasonable price. My mother-in-law particularly enjoyed the beef tartare, while the hamburger was a bit overcooked for me. Overall, a charming little interior with good service.

Wonderful neighborhood brassiere. Mostly locals. We were the only tourists on an off season Saturday night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Excellent food!

A delicious meal in a classic French Brasserie! Friendly, unobtrusive staff, the Arden burger was a delight and I would definitely go back again. Thoroughly recommended.

Very enjoyable. Friendly, easygoing, and helpful staff, even though our French ability is very very low. Food was great — onion soup, Orloff, wild boar — presented well, and tasty. And the cider...!
