Brasserie Rosalie has been my favorite restaurant at Disneyland Paris since it opened. We even went to the restaurant 7 or 8 times during a 2-week trip last January and wrote articles about it. Last night, though, the service was so slow and difficult to get anything. We were there at least 2 hours and 15 min with friends for a pretty basic meal. It also took me asking the server 3 times for a carafe of tap water. Even when the restaurant emptied out toward the end of the meal, it took a while to wrap everything up and the server asked for a tip (the first time I've seen that in France). My chicken was very good, though the former gratin was better than the mashed potatoes (which were fine as well). My partner's lobster was a lot smaller than usual yesterday. Overall the food was good, I meant to put 4 stars instead of 3. There was a lot of crashing plates and glasses to the ground last night. It was very unusual.

6.5/10We came for a sunday lunch with our three years old. The terrace is magnificent but it was hot and we has the sun straight in our faces. We said we wanted a menu (entree+main course+dessert) and the reste “a la carte”. The food was globally good except for the cordon bleu that was super dry. I told the waitress that I didn’t want the dessert and asked if I could just pay the price of the entry plus the main course instead: she said no. I was shocked! She said I could take the dessert to go but they only made to go the one I didn’t like. Quality/peice ratio is a little high. I would gladly go back once they learn to deal better with customers.

7.5/10We arrived today with nobody there to greet us, not for 5-7 minutes did we have someone come to help us get seated. From the time we arrived to the time we had a server was closer to 20 minutes or more. And from the time we arrived until our main course was at least 40 minutes (and the food arrived very quickly once we did order). Brasserie Rosalie has excellent food, it is my favorite restaurant at Disneyland Paris. But this was the second major service issue of our four visits during this two-week trip (we dined there more in January, 7 times in two weeks). We recommend it to so many friends, but I want to make sure the service is as good as the food.

9/10We love Brasserie Rosalie! Unfortunately the manager was not welcoming on this trip and some of our members were unsure then about dining there. But it is the best restaurant at Disneyland Paris and I will be back even so. Audrey was a wonderful server.

Average food. Onion soup was more like porrige. The mussels was good but the broth didn't taste much. The fries was horrible, soggy and moist. You get better fries at McDonald's. Ambience is good and so is the service.
