7.5/10Nice atmosphere. Food ok. Service: waiters very nice but restaurant lacking in management organization. We got served a pizza three times. First one was some other table’s. And after finishing the second and correct one, they came with an even further pizza. Bill was asked but slow in coming.

10/10We began with the server accommodating us with a table downstairs and we were very grateful. Our dishes, pasta, beef, and pizza were all excellent, along with glasses of wine and a martini. Capped off the experience with a wonderfully pleasant lady helping us with gelato and pastries. Delightful. Recommend to anyone!

5/10Service was terrible. I asked for a bottle of water that never came. The water came 3 times to the table next door and I tried to ask for a bottle of water but got totally ignored. I had to go to the bar after 30 minutes to get the bottle. Food was correct but the service was horrible. There is a lot of good restaurant with good service in Rome. Avoid this one

8.5/10Check your receipts! They didn't include thefork discount until I reminded them to add it. The pizza was a great value. Portions are large. Each pizza can serve 1 and a half people.

5/10the a/c was bad.it was hot inside.we waites 45 m for main course.no apology,no compansation..the waiter dudnt suggest desert,like "for sure you want to go" yand and suggest to give the bill.we paid and left.

10/10The restaurant and bar are absolutely outstanding!! Food was amazing, loved the ambiance, good for couples and families. Ignacio, the outdoor waiter, is professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. We loved the entire experience.

10/10We were only in Rome for a few days and we asked a local at our hotel for a recommendation. He referred us to Brillo and turned out to be one of the best dining experience we had in Italy. Excellent food, great service, great wine and friendly customers as well. Highly recommend to make reservations.

10/10Such a great experience! Brillo is a beautiful restaurant for breakfast, lunch and diner. The food is very good and fresh. Besides that, everyone is very kind and helpful. Really recommend this restaurant! Especially the pizza’s, but everything looked tasteful.. :)

4.5/10Booked a table for two for my son and myself and I think the staff took one look and showed us down to where all the other children/families were sat downstairs which is like a different restaurant. The waitress was overstretched and looked cross. Was afraid to approach her. Service however was quick. They appeared to want tables in and out quickly which kind of ruined our last night in Rome. Upstairs was like a different restaurant. Was disappointed with this and would probably not return

3/10Very disappointing experience.We sat in the basement near the toilets so you can imagine the stink.The food was mediocre the least ,and overpriced..More specifically the primavera salad came with three slices of tomato,no pesto dressing and cost 18euros.The food arrived late and the waiters tried in vain to cope with the work oberload.

6.5/10The courgette flowers were very disappointing- soggy and oily. Bread basket very basic- brown bread was cold as if it were in fridge. We had a pizza and a cheeseburger as well- pizza was nice. Burger was average- lovely salad in it, fries were very oily (they were hand cut which was great, but they were not as expected). As it was close to where we were staying it was fine for a quick dinner. I would return but only to have a quick pizza.

9/10Although the food was great, we had several issues with ordering and being served. Then Greek Salads we ordered came quickly and we’re awesome. Then we had a 30 minute break until our first course came. Very disappointing and it spoiled the evening. I hope this was just a misunderstanding with the staff on who was supposed to do what.

9/10Amazing Amatriciana and Filetto Danese. Nice atmosphere and lovely place. We had lunch there, you can choose to sit inside or outside. The staff is polite.

10/10The staff were very welcoming, and the waiter (Maximilliam) was great. The food was breathtaking: antipasti board with meat and cheese, pizzas, and a plate of fresh fruit. We also enjoyed a bottle of wine. We will be back!

10/10Wonderful pizza and good wine list and prices, particularly for the tourist zone. Only odd thing is when we reserved it noted we would receive 20% off but never did with the bill and the restaurant did not know what we were talking about.
