2.5/10Two of us ordered the carbonara and it was extremely salty and a very small portion for what they charged. Service was not attentive and we had to wait long periods of time for our waiter. Overall the rest of the food was definitely not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.

10/10My family and I enjoyed the comfortable and jovial experience we had. My Queen birthday and my first princess celebrated her sweet 16. The place is welcoming nicely settled and a very royal attire with great palace decor and service. From the doorman who opened up our transfer service till we left every care was given and our questions were answered with enthusiasm and a welcoming atmosphere. Food was delicious drink as we wished and with my Queen and my princess favorite flavor well served. Very well decorated dessert with the info I submitted online. Much more service than expected. I do appreciate the gentlemen who served us and thank the one in charge of the service. He made the night with his courtesy in giving us access to photo shoot at this grand room with a Grand piano in it and a royal accent well decorated. We are delighted with the moment and I can say the charge is well acceptable. We Thank you all. Keep up the great service. Jerome, from Boston, Mass

10/10Easily one of the top 2-3 best meals of our 2 weeks traveling around Italy. They did great with my food allergies, the presentation of each course was gorgeous, drinks were perfect, and the food tasted amazing! I had sea bass and lobster pasta…husband had veal and another type of pasta. Would dine here again and recommend.

10/10Wow! We’ve been in Rome a week for our anniversary.. this was by far the best restaurant we’ve been to. The food and service 100% exceeded our expectations. Compliments to the amazing chef. The quality, presentation and tantalizing flavor was next level. You must visit when you’re in Rome. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to this amazing city.

9.5/10Sadly the food and service was not as good as our first visit last year. The menu had also changed and was not as appealing. We were celebrating our anniversary which was not as good as last year on honeymoon

10/10Wonderful chic restaurant. Beautiful decor and very attentive staff. Excellent food perhaps best not for those seeking a quick pizza and lasagna. After a day of sightseeing, it was an oasis of calm. I highly recommend.

4/10I had booked Brunello for a special night, because it was my husband’s birthday. We weren’t allowed to the restaurant, because it was booked for another party or was under renovation, could not really tell because the explanations were changing. We ate in the lobby bar of the hotel. I had ordered a birthday cake, but they had not seen my order. They said Fork was not functioning ????. The food looked nice but did not taste much of anything. Hugely overpriced, too. A disappointment in otherwise excellent trip to Rome.

2/10Service was awful, he didn’t understand that we made an online reservation at first, then he gave us the table where I couldn’t fit my legs with ( I am 180cm and 60kg) and it was impossible to eat so we moved for the second table. There was no an extra chair for the bag. My mother ordered carbonara and the bacon was not fresh, I ate mozorella buffalo with tomatoes - and the tomatoes felt like ham ( they used the same knife with which they previously cut ham)and mozorella wasn’t fresh, after that I had fish and it was completely tasteless. I would never recommend this place ! Price wise it was ok, but quality of the food and service and the atmosphere 0 !!!! I

10/10This was a Valentines Day dinner chosen because of the fixed menu that contained all the items my girlfriend loves. She was very impressed by the venue and meal, the excellent service from the staff also contributing to a special evening. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to "score points" on a special if you are in Rome

10/10Amazing experience!!! The taste is Rome tasting menu was fabulous! Delicious, fresh, well paced, great portion size. Service was top notch. Waitstaff was very nice and personable. All the food was wonderful, but the pasta carbonara was perfection on a plate! Flavorful, creamy, crisp pancetta, al dente pasta! Such a treat! Excellent wine recommendations, paired perfectly with our meal. Great bar, too, with jazz. Loved our experience! Grazie!
