Terrible customer service, the waiter was very rude. We asked for medium well wagyu meat, they serviced us raw fillet mignon. We tried to complain the waiter said because we cut the meat she couldn’t change our food! We had to cut to see that state of the meat. Had a terrible attitude towards us we refused to eat the steak and she refused to remove it from our bill. No manager or supervisor was working stated by her, only once we demanded to speak to manager did she call him and he said to discount it. This was 1 hour after continued communication regarding our complaint. Terrible customer service! Wouldn’t go there again.

I’ve wanted to visit the restaurant for at least 5 years and I felt disappointed. The place is nice, i liked the ambience. But the sides were “meh” nothing different from other restaurants. The meat was good, but the service? The lady was so indifferent and couldn’t care less.

We've celebrated my 52 anniversary with family and friends, and my deep thanks to Kleber and his team that hosted this small event. Wonderful food...don't miss it.

Well decorated and very cozy meat restaurant with tasty food which is reasonably priced. We had the Picanha and Filet Mignon - both were exquisite. The staff was also lovely and accommodated our requests. Will go again!

Delighted we ate here, we’re visiting from Ireland and a work colleague from Lisbon recommended this to us. As Irish people, we love our meat and it did not disappoint!! Lovely atmosphere. Food & service was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Lunch was really tasty they recommended the filet mignon with cheddar it was amazing. Will definitely come back!!! Waiters are all so nice too!

Very cool potential, but the meat was overcooked (asked for medium rare), and cold. The service was great! the atmosphere was ok, quite a lot of food bugs.

Really good menu with an amazing meat options. We was 5 and chooses some good entrances and a table of meat to share. All the meat was really nice and all the options was very good.

We ordered the steak board medium cooked and fries and vegetable, food arrive and the meat and vegetables was cold. We informed the waiter he took the lot away and brought back fresh !! To me the meat was reheated as it was tough to eat , we was there the week before it was great so I’m disappointed to receive this service specially for the price we paid with no apology!!

Me and my partner move to Lisbon over 4 weeks ago and hear about the Steak house as we live next door to it As we can’t speak Portuguese yet the waiter had all the patience to explain to us what was on the menu. So friendly and kind the food was out of this world x Highly recommend anyone need to go and eat in there Fantastic service

Beautiful decoration but food is not at the expected level. Starter ordered was not available. Instead I was ordering croquettes who were still frozen inside when they have been served. So certainly not homemade. The meat was good but due to the different thickness not all grilled as ordered.

Excellent food (the meat is really good and well prepared), good atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a bit on the pricey side.

The food is amazing and the space it great! The only issue we had was two power outages in less than one hour, but they were able to get the power back in a matter of seconds.

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, you can smell the delicious grilled meat from outside. The staff is very kind and welcoming. We were a group of 5 and we reserved a table, which was ready when we arrived. We ordered drinks and bolo do caco with garlic butter while we waited for the meat, which was absolutely delicious. We then ordered picanha, cheddar steak and vazia, with sides of regular and sweet potato fries, grilled veggies and esparregado. Everything was absolutely delicious, the meat was tender and melted in the mouth. We then closed the dinner with desserts, which came in huge portions and were equally amazing. We had chocolate mousse, bolo de bolacha and apple crumble. The only little flaw is that we had ordered bread, which they forgot to bring and we haven't had the chance to ask again, but overall that did not impact us and we still thoroughly enjoyed this lavish dinner! Price was definitely reasonable and it summed up to approximately 32€ each. Definitely recommend and will go back!

Good steakhouse. Meat is of good quality and prepared perfectly. Cocktails are highly recommended. Service is daar and friendly. Will defintely come again

I will be back for more. This was my second visit and the quality was the same as the first visit some 2 years ago. Great place for a meat meal. I truly recommend.
