6/10Service not very attentive had to ask for extra drinks and then they forgot the extra large bottle of water. Food portions small. Advertise hamburger but when vines up just the burger near with no bun. The location is lovely but pint of beer is expensive so think you pay for location over food and service. Although asked twice if we had a reservation they also forgot 20% discount

6.5/10Food was good, however the service was terrible, wanted to order dessert, took 15 minutes to get the waiter to stop fooling around with the other staff to get the menu, then after a further 30 minutes add our order not being taken, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere, do yourself a favour and don’t go here.

4/10Food may have been great but we’ll never know. We made our reservation about 7 weeks ago asking for a table on the terrace and followed it up with a visit the day before to confirm our request. We arrived 10 minutes early and noted there were still empty tables in prime positions while being escorted to a table in a gloomy position at the far end next to the kitchen… a huge disappointment. We are given some water but then totally ignored for the next 20 minutes while watching waiters attending other diners. To say we felt forgotten and taken for granted would be an understatement. Finally we’d had enough, got up, explained ourselves to the waitress and reluctantly left. I think she may have wanted to make an offer but after so looking forward to this dining experience we were no longer in the mood. On our way out I noted that some of those prime table positions were still vacant - really annoying given we booked with a special request so long ago.

6/10Food was okay. but I booked using this site and they seemed like they didn’t know what I was talking about for a while. Luckily I took screen shots of my reservation. After showing them and explaining a little further they let us in and it was okay.

10/10We had a lovely and delicious dinner and the ambience in the breezeway seating was just beautiful even though the weather was rainy. Our server was attentive and friendly, he remembered to give us our discount for booking with The Fork automatically. Don’t miss the bruschetta with anchovy or the Franciacorta wine. Such a lovely evening!

7/10I have already been there in another occasion, I think the food is in the average, the service nothing but well organised and prepared. The vibes are quite good there, however I found the place nothing special and the retro style as for the menu, let me judge nothing more than a 7

8/10We booked via TheFork for a 20% discount on our food and were impressed by the reviews before we booked. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. However, the servings were small. Service was friendly and efficient although took a long time for our bill to be given to us. The only complaint is that despite the seating being in a covered area, smoking is allowed and so our meal was slightly spoiled by a chain smoking woman at the next table.

10/10A restaurant with a special view. My husband said it was the best spaghetti bolognese he’s ever had! We enjoyed just one course but the food being served around us looked very good too & lots of empty plates going back. Not the cheapest restaurant (can’t go back to correct my previous answer) but we were very happy with our choice.

10/10+1We booked this at very short notice and must have been the last table to sit down for the lunch service. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive, the food was excellent - significant portion sizes and we ordered salads, pasta and meat dishes, all of which were delicious. A great little find.

2.5/10This was our worst dinner in Italy. I’m honestly not sure how it stays open. All the food we had wasn’t very good. The octopus was over cooked. The bolognese wasn’t great. The lamb was also over cooked. Ambiance was terrible because clearly others knew not to come.

2/10Didn’t give us a table outside - offered us a table inside where there was no air and was really stuffy. Meanwhile, there were at least 2 tables available outside!

9/10This restaurant is in an amazing location in the centre of Bologna very close to Piazza Maggiore. The staff were friendly and relaxed. We were a large group of 8 and had a lovely evening!
