Great steakhouse with fresh, high-quality meat cooked to perfect doneness. The service was excellent, and the traditional cuisine was absolutely delicious. The homemade wine was a wonderful touch. Highly recommended!

Outstanding meal, beautiful meat cuts cooked to perfection 👌 Staff friendly and helpful. Certainly not the cheapest but also not extortionate, but you're unlikely to find another steak house with meat this good. Only downside if its your thing, is they only serve wine or beer, no other alcoholic drinks.

Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, and were just as impressive. You can tell there's real passion behind everything that comes out of the kitchen. What really made the evening unforgettable was the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and full of personality. They not only made us feel like honored guests but also brought a sense of fun and authenticity to the whole experience. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference. Whether you're a local or just a visitor, Bull Steak is an absolute must!

The staff is really friendly and nice. They are all about the meat there and it’s great. Tell them what you want and they will cook it.

The warm welcome, the service, the butcher/cook (he makes an estimated 1 kg exactly into 1000 g to endulge you), the wine list and last but not least, the quality and the preparation of the meat.

Fantastic service and great food. Place is a little out of the way but very worthwhile. Not a tourist place and you really get value for money. A meat lovers paradise!

Traditional steak restaurant with good service and fantastic steak. After ordering, customers go to a counter and choose their steaks from quite a variety on display. The steak is then cooked and brought to the table. Reasonably priced. I'd like to return.

Explain your menu. Had reservation and no one was in restaurant but would Not seat us by the window. Place is not friendly.

Steak was out of this world but the sides arrived way before the steaks and were therefore cold. Friend asked for a wine glass instead of a tumbler for her half litre of red wine and was told glasses are only provided with bottles! She did receive a red wine glass in the end.

Although the meat was good quality and it was fun to pick the meat and how much you wanted by weight with the Butcher, the rest of the menu left a lot to be desired. Restaurant was out of mozzarella, the fried artichoke had no taste, the willa salad was just literally arugula with nothing on it, and the green beans were overcooked. Another positive thing however, was that the house wine was very good and extremely good value. In general, I would not recommend this restaurant.

What an amazing experience! Real Italian atmosphere, lot of guests , tasty food, great wine , friendly personal! I loved every bit of it! Grazie and I'll be back for sure in the future :)

Returned for a second day in a row and had another great experience. 3 courses and 3 drinks for 2 for under €90 - so reasonable! Everything was fresh & delicious and would definitely recommend and return!

Great find! Delicious food, kind staff and such reasonable prices! 3 courses, water, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks for 2 less than €70! Absolute bargain!

The food, service and ambience were excellent. This is my first time and being an American and going to an "American" Steakhouse, I expected top notch across the board. The people were very friendly and the food was excellent. Compliments to the chef who cooked my steak to perfection and for the very friendly staff. Bull is a place I would highly recommend and return to. It has been around along time and I have been told it is the oldest steakhouse in Rome. The ambience is nice with the touches of the old west in America, but with an Italian twist and there is no language barrier. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Bull Steak is located away from shopping and other eating establishments, but it has quaint eating areas, you choose your own cut of beef from their butcher, and the prices were the best we saw in Italy. We’ll worth the short drive from our hotel near the Vatican.

I didn't like the meal at all. Vegetables, green beans and "baked potatoes," were awful, steak was overdone (filet). That said, my husband had fries and a different type of steak (rib eye) and enjoyed his meal. Guess it's hit and miss. Good service!

Lovely atmosphere...tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Food was delicious. You choose your own steak from the butcher...very fun.

The concept of Bull Steak is clear: an excellent cut of meat is prepared for you after you selected the meat at the counter yourself. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help you with your choice if needed. The wine list pares well with the menu as do the different preparations of vegetables and potatoes. Highly recommended for lovers of good and well prepared meat.
