Music very loud. Although the restaurant ambiance was festive.

Food generally good, but the four salads arrived long before the confit de canard. My Niçoise had NO TUNA, they used ham instead without telling me, and the balsamic vinaigrette was replaced with a creamy dressing. Such variations from the written menu are not always welcome. We also had to ask for the 50% off. It was pleasant to sit outside.

We had the 50% off food offer. When the bill came there was no discount. When I challenged them, the bill came back with 15% off the food. I was referred to the manager who claimed that the discount would “never be 50%” despite me showing him my email confirmation. Eventually he got frustrated and said just pay €50. I knew we had to pay more so insisted that we paid what we should. I explained the money should come off the food only and we eventually got the correct bill.

The food and service were great. We will go back there again. However, the discount that The Fork offered when I booked the reservation was not granted. Waiter said discounts would not be issued until September.
