10/10Perfect place, very tasty food and fantastic cocktails. The place is very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming! Burrito Cafe is one of my favorite places in Amsterdam

4.5/10I ordered shrimp enchiladas with salsa verde. I could neither see nor taste any salsa verde. It was basically a cheese wrap with bug size “shrimps” (Hollandse garnalen) and it did not taste good ???? paid for it but could not eat it beyond tasting. Waiter had a positive attitude. & good mood. Outdoor terrace was nice.

10/10One more time visitng Burrito cafe and everything was perfect. Great atmosphere, super polite and helpful staff and great food & drinks! Banana Colada is a must have, when you visit Burrito cafe!

9.5/10We had a lovely meal and the food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the nachos. The welcome was very friendly and the owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return.

9.5/10Loved the experience. The server was great, and very helpful. The food was amazing... very flavorful... and service was quick. Only regret was that we could not finish the food. Do try their homemade salsa.

10/10Once again a lovely visit at Cafe Burrito! We discovered this place about 1 year ago and since then we are very much in love with it! Whenever we feel like a great dinner with delicious cocktails and nice atmosphere, Cafe Burrito is the place! Must try: Chimichangas and Banana Colada!

10/10The owner was very nice and responsive. We couldn't choose at first, so he suggested that we could share dishes that were normally for one person. I really enjoyed the food.

10/10Great as usual. But actually it's unusual , such an authentic place, with the best Mexican food I could find in Holland so far. And father and son are awesome in their coocking, service and kindness. Very relaxed atmosphere. For me, it's very often empanada beef, they are the best. And I try not to take the Chocolate Cake dessert. So, I had IT, again. Don't hesitate.... this place is great.

10/10A fabulous Cafe/restaurant. It's the second time I go to the burrito within 1 week. The place is fantastic; great cocktails and delicious food! A must try are the chimichanga, the Texas nachos and the quesada!

8.8/10It's been quite a few years since I wrote something Burrito here (in Dutch) so I thought after yet another really tender (ask for rare) beef fajita's to submit something in English this time. Well, we come here since many years and indeed what one of the Reviewers wrote it really is one of the best mexican restaurants outside Mexico. No fine dining of course, but fresh and good quality stuff cooked as it should be. It's usually too much, but we always finish our plates nevertheless. Very good margarita's: not those big glasses of "lemonade", but "small" potent ones with very good crushed ice making it a real frozen margarita and not an icecream...Besides the Fajita's beef -to share, but when you ask they make it for one person for indeed half the price- or the quesadilla grande's (the latter can also be taken as appetizer to share, and then it come as triangular pieces. Take Nacho's Texas if you want a filling appetizer ! The beefsteak ranchero is also very good, but less of a mexican feel especially when served with a big plate of yummie french fries...

8.5/10Good Mexican Food, reasonably priced, very friendly owner and staff who adjusts to your wishes in order to satisfy you. Atmosphere and interior is 'gezellig', a bit on the more stereotypical Mexican restaurant side however, as opposed to Los Pilones with a more arty/contemporary vibe and better MExican fodo. Still a place I go to every now and then, if I fancy Mexican food and have been to Los Pilones too many times in a row. So especially given the price and the freindly atmosphere a good place to go to.
