5/10We had a good time, seeing Paris at night by bus. However the service could be improved upon. I had also contacted Bustronome a few days prior to our dinner to confirm I required a strictly gluten free meal, as am a coeliac. For every course I needed to remind the waiter that I required gluten free, as give normal bread rolls were given, a dish with a gluten containing crumble etc. It wasnt a very relaxing experience as a result.

9/10The views, and 6- course dinner was a great way to explore Paris for the first time. Especially recommend for a short trip :) great service by the waitress and staff

6/10people next to me cough all the time it's horrible!!! make us has no mood to eat at all!!! there's plenty empty seat but the staff did not do anything it's very bad experience

10/10Great experience, even for those who’ve been to Paris and seen the sights many times. Being higher up on the top level of the bus gives a different perspective, and the driver times it so that you’re by the eiffel tower when it sparkles around 10pm. Very romantic for special occasions (or not romantic, just generally - I took my mom for mother’s day), and definitely worth it with The Fork! Highly recommend it!

9.5/10It was raining outside so it was a good way to explore different places while enjoying our lunch. Also one of us left a pair of sunglasses on the table and the servers were really nice to let him get back up on the car to find them and it was luckily found!

6.5/10The concept is great but the tour part of it was terrible there was no interaction so didn’t know where we were any information about the sites or what we were seeing it was basically just driving around in traffic. £100pp uplift on menu as it’s Xmas which we were unaware about. Food and service was nice but overall I was expecting a much better overall experience . Was disappointed as learned nothing about the city or the sites. App did not work either

10/10Great way to see Paris! Food was AMAZING!! Service was perfect! The bus takes you to different points of Paris & stops a couple of minutes at important ones. You don’t exit the bus except for 10 min at Eiffel Tower on the way back. No speaking narrator, just a map. Spectacular dinner! Way beyond what we expected! Only suggestion; change the music! There should be French music as part of the vibe, or at least some jazz/lounge. We were suddenly listening to American music which for a tourist activity, it did not even contribute to overall atmosphere. Being in the restaurant business before, music & food has much to do with overall mood. Lighting was perfect, temperature & bathroom was clean. 100% recommend for children, couples or just someone looking to see the main sights in Paris at night.

10/10+1Excellent! What a great idea to combine fine dining and sightseeing into one great experience. Very classy and a well planned stop at the Eiffel tower for the light show at 10pm. I highly recommend this for your first night in Paris!

10/10Amazing experience! The food was delicious, staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Bus is nice with big windows and glass roof. The tour route is very complete, goes to all major attractions of Paris. We did the dinner tour and when we got to the Eiffel Tower it just past sunset and the Tower was lit up. We had opportunity to go out and took nice photos. The night view of Paris is stunning. Highly recommend this tour, it’s totally worth it!

10/10What an incredible experience, so much better than expected also! We was only visiting for 24 hours so wanted to do something where we also got to see the sights! The staff were super friendly! The chef incredible, even met my last min request of being a vegetarian. The food was beautiful, the music playlist was amazing also! At the end, they let us get of the bus to stand outside the Eiffel tower and watch it glitter! And have a photo! Thank you to the super lovely staff

9/10Decided to book the Bustronome at last minute as we were looking to do something a little different for our last night in Paris. Had a great experience, the food was good and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience something a little different whilst also seeing the sights of Paris. We really liked how the bus stopped at the Eiffel Tower so that you could take pictures outside. Overall really pleased with the whole experience.

3.5/10The food was served basically cold and left us feeling ill later. Also the ridiculous amount of lighting inside the bus caused far too many reflections on the glass, making it impossible to see out of the window nicely, or take photos without interference.

Dear Lukas Thanks for your confidence. We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy the experience. Please accept our apologies. You should have told the team to reheat the food if the temperature was not enough. The chef is able to do it without any issue. Regarding the lights on board, we have the possibility to setup the intensity. Just need to ask to the team and they are able to decrease the level of intensity. Jean Christophe

9/10Great experience! I was with my 15 year old daughter and we had a very memorable evening (on the 8:45 dinner bus). The food and service was great and the tour at night was spectacular. Well worth the money in my opinion!

10/10Great view! Great food! One of the best experiences ever! It may sound a bit strange to have dinner in a bus, but it's a terrífic idea! The food is excellent and it's great to appreciate Paris with a privileged view while tasting it. I advise you to go at dusk (that way you can experience both day and night view). And at the Eiffel Tower you have a surprise awaiting! I definetly recommend this experience!!! Manuela Martins (Portugal)
