10/10Great Aged steak and plenty of other choices for lesser carnivores too. The rib eye was well cooked (florentine style) extremely tender and the Valpolicella Ripasso a perfect match.

+2This little restaurant is a gem. Meat addicted i found it on google and i did it right. As a party if 3 we choosed the menu for 55€ and it was a real bargain, worth every cent & bite. As amuse trippa on tomato was served which speaks for the philosophy of the kitchen. From nose to tail, iam a big fan of intestine dishes. The meatballs on parmigiano fosm was to die for, crisp flavorful meatballs on a heavennof parmigiano cream. Wild boar rago with fussili as following course crowned by the Bisteca Fioretina Style Steak, accombined by potatoes and gros di sale only. The 3 of zs coulnd finish it to our real regret. The tiramisu afterwards was the best of my (already long foody) life, perfect innterms of structure, flavor, quantity and freshness. The Guys at butcher kniw hiw to deal with their signature product! Wine lust is impressive as well and the music played is vinyl manually rotated another tripple+ for the concept. A place not to be missed at unbelievable pricing reasonable pricing

Service was great. Meatballs to start were amazing. Steak was really tasty. We chose TBone which on reflection was a bad choice as the price charged was mainly for the bone and the amount of steak was minimal based on 4 of us sharing

8/10I think price vs quality is good. The meat was superb. If you are looking for meat lunch/dinner this is a good place. A couple of recommendations (not blaming) to the place: a) some starters with other options out of the meat would be great. We expect to eat meat, but that would be the star of the lunch. If you eat meat as starter and meat all accross, when you get to the main course you are out of meat then. b) the waitress to be more gentile to the foreigners. I know sometimes we as foreigners we can be annoying, but sometimes we need some patience because we don't speak fluent italian. We try to make us understood but the waitress was stressed because we were taking long time to decide. I can understand the stress if the place was full, but it was empty. To give a warm service to the clients should be a must for success. Also, she sat down in the bar in front of us looking at us like waiting and we felt very uncomfortable. We leave the place with the sensation of not comming back because of these 2 situations.

8/10We would suggest to the restaurant to make a 3 course lunch menu, I think this would attract more people for lunch. Choosing from the menu is quite expensive and there werent many meat options to chose from that were good for a light lunch.
