As others have said before, food is amazing but service is very poor! Waitresses started taking our order then disappeared for 5 minutes, came back and continued to take order. Starter came and went and we then waited 30 minutes for our main, basically steak n chips. I think our order got missed somewhere as orders were coming out placed after ours. Very busy with a party of about 40 upstairs seeming to take priority. Quality of the food made up for the service.

The butcher's steak was so tasty. I love that they placed sea salt on the side so you could add the amount you wanted. My husband enjoyed his hamburger. Very enjoyable meal.

Food and ambience was wonderful as was the service. Only drawback was two children were let to run up and down from lower level to washroom on second level.

Nice place for company lunch, good for groups and fast service. The employees are also very nice and accommodated changes on the number of guests with short notice.

The food was good, but missed a little bit the point of the steak. Also didn't have the food we wanted

superior quality meat, good service always caring for promply addressing our requests. The only point that requires attention is the sides: serving fries that are barely cold should not happen in a place like this. after raising it, they apologised for the mistake and offered to replace with fresh ones. case solved.

Staff with no entusiasm, no follow up at all. Food edible, but not more than that. Meat arrived before starters was cleared off the table, so we had to clear it ourselves for the plates to be placed. Meat ordered medium and medium rare. We got rare and more rare.. entrecote hammered to death and barely hit the pan. No seasoning and served cut in 1 cm strips. The mayo sause never came at all. Long since I had such poor entrecôte in a steakhouse. The salad was drowned in olive oil, the sauted veggies way to salty.

The food was delicious, however the Creme Brulee was terrible. Regardless of the dessert everything else was very good, and the service was excellent.

The food is really good. I've tried before Butchers at Parque das Nações, but the in Saldanha was very good as well.
