Small restaurant with a nice staff and good service. High quality local products served with in a nice atmosphere. Only the aircondition was too cold. Highly recommendable and would love to come back.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Bye Bye Blues. Staff was great and we left full after experiencing the six course tasting menu.

Located a short walk from the beach in Mondello, this restaurant gave us a new experience with excellent dishes. The Sicilian cuisine using seafood is very well balanced with vegetables and other ingredients. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the plates are as beautiful as Japanese ceramics.
