10/10The food was excellent and the service was very good. We ordered some cuts of meat and they were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back soon.

The food wasn’t fresh. The octopus smelled really bad; it didn’t seem properly cleaned and had a strange blue color. They only boiled it and didn’t grill it. At first, I thought this might be their way of cooking it, but shortly after eating, I started feeling stomach pain and nausea. The tuna salad wasn’t good either, although it didn’t smell as bad as the octopus. The waiter told us that it was frozen octopus from Japan (which was surprising). We also spoke to the chef, but he didn’t want to acknowledge the smell and said he would send it for examination, which we believe was probably not true. The restaurant itself looks old and, upon closer inspection, quite dusty.

Lovely setting and excellent food. Starter of goats cheese and scallops and duck confit and picanha skewers for mains. Would definitely recommend

2nd time and it's this specific employee who knew HOW and WHAT to advise us, which made our lunch a 5 star rate....1st time it did not go that well and poorly plus wrongly informed about the menu....

5.5/10The starter chicken wings where good. The tuna skewer was not for consumption. It smelled bad and there was an awful lot of salt on it. Octopus tasted okay. The fries where very nice. They offered an other meal or a desert as compansation for the tuna. That was a nice gesture but didn't take away the bad tasted. . Desert where simple, ice had kristals in it. Pineapple with Malibu was kinda disappointing. Really just pineapple with a little Malibu. They didn't even took the hart out of the pineapple.

9/10Really lovely food. Every time I come here the food is amazing and always large portions. It’s quality and quantity. Our waiter was also very attentive and gave us everything we needed. Great restaurant. Will definitely keep coming back. Thank you so much.

3.5/10Bathroom was a mess, entire restaurant looked neglected and poorly maintained, service was slow (albeit fairly friendly), food was completely mediocre, music was playing two different types at any given time which led to very confusing ambiance.

10/10We’ve been visiting Cacau Rooftop and Onofre (their other restaurant) for a while now, it became our favorite place in Cascais. Not only the food is delicious, but the service is also 5 stars. Tanzim is always very helpful and friendly and goes the extra mile to provide an excellent service. He plays with my kid and even has already memorized our favorite dishes. The whole team is customer oriented and friendly.

I recently visited and ordered the T-bone steak along with some side dishes. The sides and overall presentation were very nice, but I felt a bit disappointed with the steak itself. It got cold very quickly, and I don’t think this was just because we were seated outside — I suspect it would have cooled down just as fast indoors as well. For a meal at this price point, I would have expected the restaurant to serve the steak on a heated board or some type of plate that helps retain warmth, so the experience lasts longer. It’s a small detail, but it would have made a big difference. I would still return or reccomend the restaurant to others.

The food was exceptional. I really enjoyed the espresso martini, chicken, wings, and try the shrimp with garlic. The wait staff were so nice. They were very attentive and kind. The staff made the visit a great experience!

7/10Service well attended, music was good. Food was ok, not wowed in particular. Improvements: note that the sides are additional, meat was without sauce so a bit dry, potatoes were overcooked the dessert was not that great (apple pie with 1 little apple piece). The building needs a little upgrade (cannot throw tissue in the toilet?) Nice entry (via elevator) sets the tone.

4.5/10Beef tasted like it was cooked over a grease flared grill. No way filet we got was dry aged let alone a filet. Maybe a tenderized sirloin not filet. Bad service and pretty sure server wanted a tip! Came with machine to pay bill and asked me how much to put on it?? Last but not least… women’s rest room was out of order and smelled the whole entrance of raw sewage!!

4.5/10We had meet which was dry, overcooked and of questionable quality. Bread and mushrooms were great. Portion sizes were huge. The music was too loud and not good for a restaurant. The service was nice. Overall good views but too expensive for the quality.

The T-bone steak was delicious, big enough for 2 people and maybe for 3 with enough side dishes. The staff were very friendly , the side dishes were also very special, Madeira corn being extra .The roof is very spacious with beautiful views
