Beautiful decor tucked away on a side street off of the water. Coastal decor. Come for the Amazing Cadaques Palella. Spicy mussels were amazing as well. Food was reasonably priced especially for the portions. Great staff.

Nice location, good wines...but the food,althought it wasn't bad,it did not impress us at all,it was just basic and overpriced! The waiters were nice but overwhelmed,anyway they gave us some appetizers în order to appologise for bringing the food late????. Overall it was a nice atmosphere.

I was very excited about the place. I paid 32 euros on a fish soup that came with potatoes and 4 mussels and they were not even fresh. When we expressed our frustration, the answer was “you should have said it before. There is nothing I can do now”.

I wasn’t blown away, the service was decent to start, but bad recommendations then slow after. Wine and dessert were good. Only tried croquettes, seasonal fish (recommended as small starter but brought out two entire fish, so that was our entree). Muscles were delightful. Eating outside with random people smoking and talking on speaker phone wasn’t as delightful, and admittedly wasn’t in the restaurants control. So many great experiences in Barcelona I wouldn’t recommend Cadeques

The lady of the house guided us through the menu card in a very gentle way, listening attentively to what we liked and without pushing us in a certain direction. Everything we have chosen was delicious and fresh, from the razor blades to the almejas, the mussles and the entrecôte. I also strongly recommend to order along the aioli-assortiment: it will give a nice extra touch to every dish. Not cheap, but worth the price ! Just the enormous choice on the wine card is maybe a little bit overpriced.
