10/10The atmosphere and servers were excellent. Quality of food was fantastic and very good advices for local wine. We had the privilege to have a round table beside the windows which was absolutely perfect for having a quiet evening and nice talk with our family.

5.5/10I was very disappointed to be served an undercooked chicken. They totally understood our complain, apologised and corrected it. The least I would expect to make up for this would be a coffee on the house. But no, full bill arrived. A little act of kindness would go a long way in a highly rated restaurant like that.

10/10The food is always seasoned and cooked to perfection. We had a beautiful dinner on the terrace with the most perfect weather. The staff is always attentive and accommodating. Chef Romain came to say hello and made sure we were well taken care of. We loved the Ceviche of Daurade. It was amazing!

10/10The cadre is beautiful and soo authentic Carouge. I love the Carouge quartier and its ambience though this is first time eating at Café Negociants. I will certainly come back bext time I am in Geneva. My guest were from Vevey and they loved it.

10/10The snails are one of the best we’ve had, a twist from the usual version but extremely well seasoned! We ordered another one immediately after we finished our first one. Service was also nice and friendly.

I've been a loyal patron for years, and it's like stepping into a time capsule where everything from the decor to the menu has charmingly refused to keep up with the times. It's the perfect spot if you want to eat like a true Swiss - especially if your idea of a good time involves leisurely sharing a meal with old friends, sans any modern-day culinary gimmicks. Now, if your idea of a dining experience involves a side of eardrum-busting music or a race to see how fast you can wolf down your food, this place might not be your cup of tea. Or should I say, your cup of fondue? Le Café des Négociants is the antithesis of fast food and noisy ambiance; it's more 'slow food' and 'low decibels'. It's like the loyal old dog of eateries – dependable, no surprises, and charming in its steadfast ways.

10/10Great place to have an upscale French meal. The pacing of the service was perfect-our waiter was there always at just the right time. The food was delicious and impeccably presented. I had classic foie gras and a lovely rare steak.

10/10Exquisite cuisine, impeccable service. Top quality restaurant, yet not pretentious. Best frog legs in Geneva. Taking all my friends visiting Geneva / Carouge here - for lunch or dinner, followed by a walk in beautiful and lively Carouge. Love this place and the team ❤️

9/10Was very pleasantly surprised as hadn’t been back to Negotiants in a while. The menu had good selection of dishes and food was tasty and cooked to perfection. Staff was attentive and very pleasant. Will be back soon.
