So so good. Small menu, but all the mains are worth it, I had the Cafe do Paco classic steak with their creamy sauce and my boyfriend had the garlic fried steak (its not actually deep fried or breaded) and both were divine. The staff was so friendly. its a place to repeat.

Wait staff were very pleasant and helpful in making choices. Even with sirloin cut the steaks were tender and were enjoyed with nice tinto wine from Douro. Comfortable booths and nice sound level make this a place you can enjoy a nice evening with friends.

The service at Café do Paço was impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. Each dish was expertly presented and tasted wonderful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

This little out of the way spot is a very old-world gem. You have to ring the bell for entry and when you enter, you’re greeted by dark wood and red velvet. There’s only 10 or so tables. The menu is tiny with a traditional cod dish and steak as mains. My wife had the cod which was great. The steak in a cream sauce was fantastic. Two servings of bread, croquettes, sides of fries and cream spinach with two glasses of Portuguese wine for under 50 euro. The service was excellent. If you want a quiet spot, great food and service, and all for a great price, go here.

The place has a classic style, the service was perfect from the start, we felt welcomes from the door. The waiter Wich I believe was the person in charge for the service is just top notch. we had the house steak and the quality of the meat was amazing. Everything was great! A must try experience if you visit Lisbon.

Love this place, this will be on our visit list every time we come back. Nice small place. Great service food was excellent. Reminds me of a small café in Japan. That’s unassuming until you walk inside. Well worth the visit.

Casa do Paço is a cozy little restaurant that specializes in steak. I started with a meat croquette and an Alento vinho tinto (red wine), then had a small sirloin in a Portuguese cream sauce, with a side of creamed spinach and French fries. Usually, the steaks are served with a fried egg on top but I wasn’t super hungry and had them leave off the egg. For dessert, I chose something very light, Farófias. It was like eating a cloud dunked in vanilla cream Anglaise. The service was exceptional, and my waiter’s English was great. Casa do Paço would be great for a dinner date — it’s quiet enough for conversations. Reservations are required – book a table at one of the red velvet booths. Highly recommend
