A completely new and vibrant restaurant on a great location. The onion soup had parsley, a weird but fresh twist! The filet and pepper sauce was flawless. Will definitely be back!

The French onion soup was delicious on a cold day. I also ordered the corn de blue- for me this was wayyy to much food haha the green beans were perfectly cooked and had a driz of flavorful butter. Husband ordered snails and steak- both were excellent too!

Every dish we ordered was delicious including the sides. We loved the octopus salad, tuna tataki, tuna steak, arancini, foi gras, caramelised aubergine, mushrooms, steak tartare and cordon Bleu

The waiters were extremely nice. The food was underwhelming the croak Mauro was not very good. The Niçoise was missing the potatoes and very light on the amount of tuna. The steak with the caramelized onions on top was not done very nicely (overcooked -and hard) and the fries were good.

We had really warm & welcoming service from all of the team at Gisèle. We were a family table of 5 & all of our meals were absolutely excellent (steak, pasta, caesar salad, burger, lamb). They haven’t yet finished the reno work inside, so the bathrooms were a bit ick, but up on the street, we had a great dinner! It’s a nice addition to our neighbourhood!

We visited with young family in peak evening happy hours! Great staff and made sure we were taken care off in busy time. We had tapas and a few drinks. definitely worth a visit.

I recommend this restaurant in the Latin Quarter. An excellent dining experience from start to finish. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is both professional and attentive. I recommend the amazing beef filet with pepper sauce, served with homemade mashed potatoes an absolute delight, with flavors that linger pleasantly. The wine list is also well curated, offering a fine selection of bottles, I ordered the Bordeaux.

Went to Café Gisèle last night, the staff was really nice and welcoming, the food was super tasty and the plates well served. The location is great since it’s so close to Notre-Dame ! Thank you for this experience and can’t wait to be back !
