It was our first time at Hyatt and we loved the combination of discrete atmosphere and premium class service. Food (both buffet and à la carte) was very simple and very tasty - perfect for a chill breakfast. Our waiter was Bertrand - we really appreciated his care and attention to detail. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our visit to Cafe Jeanne! We had a lovely cutie serving us super politely and very kindly. The food was incredible- we had slow cooked beef and fish & chips. Ambiance is conservative with a bubbly twist. This one is on my list we are definitely coming back again! Totally recommend it! What a chill experience!

i visited it with the love of my life... Food was impeccable... Service could have been a bit more attentive, but still of very high level

Emma, the waitress, was really helpful, welcoming and friendly the evening we dined at Cafe Jeanne. Our family has always enjoyed our meals at Cafe Jeanne at Park Hyatt Paris. The crab salad, club sandwich and burgers are our favorite. The service and food are both impeccable.

Excellent service and nice atmosphere. Eggs cooked to order well below park hyatt standards. All 4 orders served either overcooked or cold.

Was excited to eat here after reading the reviews/rating but was disappointed after tasting the food. Definitely very expensive - and not worth the price tag. Staff was friendly and helpful, but atmosphere felt exactly like what you would see at a hotel restaurant. 930 reservations on a Friday night and the restaurant wasn’t even close to full. That alone should have been a clue. $20-$30 drinks, $30 desserts, and entrees far too expensive for what was delivered. Sadly not a 9.4 review.

The service has gone downhill and the prices are no longer justified. The seem to have busboys that just started that morning.

Their dessert is heavenly! It is no wonder their pastry chef won so many awards! I will definitely return the next time I am in Paris!

Lovely ambiance and incredible service. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely restaurant hidden away inside the Grand Hyatt - you would never guess. Had sea bass served with poached fennel which was wonderful and a melon soup to start. All perfectly prepared and presented beautifully. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the restaurant . Very polite staff . We were accompanied to our table by a very nice lady . Food was delicious , ambiance very nice with live background music but not very loud so you could easily carry a conversation with your significant other . The waiter that served us was extremely attentive and polite . It was a different experience for . Prices were a little high but if you want to try something else once in a while it is worth it.

The ambience and service was very good . The food was not up to standard as fish and chips main meal was a child’s portion and just fair, the white wine wasn’t chilled , the crème brule was good - not great . The mashed potato was delicious but the steamed vegetables were soggy . Nice atmosphere but food was just fair

Excellent food and service. What was unfortunate was the music that the DJ played-- too loud and frankly strange (hip hop at the Park Hyatt...??) I know they were trying to make it "funky" but it was just annoying. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Chose this hotel based spot because we needed a meal between 3 and 5pm. It is expensive. 31€ cocktails. The food and drinks were good. Service may have been off because we were in a gap. Put our bottled water around the corner and never returned to refill glasses. We eventually had to just get up and get it ourselves. Apps and entrees came out at the same time. Plates were removed before one person was finished. Too expensive for silly stuff.

Very Kind and lovely staff; good atmosphere in the terrace; the food however is not impressive. Would probably come back to the hotel to try the inside bar.
