10/10A very kind person took care of us making us comfortable just in front of the fireplace He suggested wines with our dinner that dressed our plates magically The ambiance was really warm and celebrating Christmas day and chef is very creative We had a veloute very tasty and our scallops were delicious Thank you for this lovely dinner

9/10The food and service were excellent, however I was disappointed that although excepting my booking for the restaurant, we had to eat in the lounge. This was very disappointing as it was to celebrate a significant birthday, and I would have preferred a formal dinner setting.

4/10We made a reservation for Le Cafe M restaurant and right after arrival, they told us that the restaurant is closed and that they serve food and drinks in the lobby. Weird that you can make a reservation for a closed place but ok, no problem. The lobby is very nice with a fancy black-color atmosphere. The rest was a disaster... We ordered 2 onion soups and they forgot to prepare one for us (not many people there to forget one soup). Then they brought me mashed potatoes instead of homemade French fries. I asked for the French fries and they brought something that was not homemade at all. Classic oily French fries bought in a supermarket. The food was low-class quality. I got fowl meat steak that was not tasty with bitter small lettuces. My wife's salad was a real joke. It was a big head of lettuce filled with small pieces of eggs and ham and dressing. You would do better at home. It seemed as if their professional cook went home and someone random from the staff was trying to cook for us. When talking to the waiter we mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and the waiter said, oh ok, happy birthday. I know, it is enough, but wouldn't you expect anything else from such a place like Hyatt? The staff was nice, but the overall Hyatt experience was pretty bad. A big disappointment for us.

6.5/10They gave me a bad cut of steak. I was not able to eat half of it. Server forgot to give me bread, i had to ask for it. Ice cream is not delicious. Server is helpful.

10/10Lucky to taste new menu by Sebastien Roux. Who carefully picks all the ingredients to create an absolutely delicious experience. Poultry, followed with sun choke and figs, was juicy and mouthwatering. Beef with Celeriac and truffle is also highly recommended. Desserts deserve a separate word, my favorite is creme brûlée with chocolate & cocoa nibs, pear with yogurt and tonka also tried. Ana was attentive and prompt. I couldn’t resist to try another dishes and immediately book a table for the next day:)

10/10Absolute joy & phenomenal evening ~3hrs& 1/2 spent w/ such fun, &lovelies, Claire & Anna as we savoured Chef Sébastian's outstanding Saumon entree, & c'est délicieux VolailleGirolle! Watching the rain above us added more beauty to this entire visit???? BTW my lemon drop was perfect Miss Claire???? & sweet Anna's expertise. Merci beaucoup y'all!! Even Paul didn't wanna leave Paris & those cushy chairs of yours???? A bientôt!

7/10Chinoiserie and Cafe M serves beautifully presented and tasty food. Portions are small. The restaurant is essentially the hotel foyer and lacking in atmosphere. Also the chairs are arm chairs so more suited for drinks than for a full meal.

4.5/10I had to wait for at least 30 mins to make my order and the server (women) was not polite at all. The lemon sole was quite insipid. The only good thing, was the passion fruit cheesecake.

10/10Went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Staff were warm and welcoming and atmosphere was relaxing too. They served champagne in lounge area with snacks and guests were looked after really well. This was followed by very delicious meal. Unforgettable evening. Thanks
