10/10Cafe Med is a wonderful, small, cozy, local French bistro and we have eaten here several times. It has a wonderful ambiance and great food at reasonable prices. I will be back.

8/10A cozy restaurant on Ile Saint Louis, a short walking distance from Notre Dame church. The menu consist of familiar french dishes and a wide variety of salty and sweet crepes. All reasonably priced, and were even more attractive with The Fork discount. It was busy on our evening, with locals and tourists. A good spot if visiting the vicinity.

8.5/10+6A small but cosy old furnished french restaurant in a nice area, mostly filled with the tourists as their hotels are close to Ils Saint Louis I guess. we liked it. Crepes Bonne Femme 👌😍 it was perfect.

10/10Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Paris. It was surprisingly quiet for Saturday evening, the service was top-notch and the ambience was very welcoming. I had quiche, duck with potatoes and crepes, and all were fantastic. And I believe the price is unbeatable for central Paris. Would surely go back when in Paris next time.

10/10The food, service and ambience of Cafe Med were not at all pretentious, but the quality of the food, its preparation and service were excellent. Nothing exotic on the menu, but well crafted and delicious bistro food. The wine list was limited but matched the character of the offerings. We will definitely be returning to this little gem.

9/10Just spent a wonderful warm evening at Café Med in a group of 7 nonsisting of 5 nationalities ( number 7 arrived unexpectedly and was accommodated for without fuss) The waiter showed immense patience when we were translating menu to non French or English speakers. The food was cooked to a hood standard. Lovely little gem.

10/10We had a really lovely family meal here on the last night of our holiday. It’s a very small place, in a great location near the tip of Ile Saint-Louis. The food was really good and exceptional value too. The service was also great. We’ll definitely be back!

6/10Two in our group had the beef entrecote which had a wonderful sauce but was almost inedible because of a tough cut of beef....lots of gristle that a sharp knife could not cut through.

10/10Delightful experience foot steps from our apartment on iLe Saint-Louis. Small and cozy in the best way. Excellent starters (tomato/mozzarella and foie gras), superb mains (creamy mushroom risotto perfectly done, lip-smacking delicious duck confit) and heavenly desserts (chocolate cake and caramel apple tart, both with ice cream), accompanied by a fine house-recommended bottle of red wine. All for 71 Euros, and got chewed out for trying to tip 15 Euros, settling on 9 Euros after some negotiating.

9/10Lovely little bistro. With excellent friendly service. I was the only one of four who ordered a starter. In other places if I've done this my meal arrives with the others. I was served when I had the time to enjoy my starter. It was cooked fresh, so I had a little wait, which is preferable to a dish kept warm. We live in Paris, but took Canadian friends for dinner. We frequently have guests and would not hesitate using the fork and visiting this little gem again.

8.5/10Great food! Been here 12 years ago and still wonderful. The evening was extremely hot and there was no A/C so it was a tad too warm but we enjoyed ourselves none the less!

7/10The ambience was very good however because it was so warm, they opened the door for better air circulation and during our meal, we were seated close to the door, the odor of gasoline kept drifting in. This was very disturbing when trying to enjoy good food, which it was. Not sure where the odor was coming from but this was NOT car exhaust, it was gasoline. Too bad, nice restaurant.

5/10We had a reservation for 7:30 but were kept waiting more than an hour for our main courses. When we asked where they were we were told there was no tagliatelle and would penne do. We said fine -- this is no big deal -- but there was still a long wait.

10/10We loved this little restaurant on the Ile De St. Louis. We got a warm welcome. For my first course, I had a fresh vegetable soup with a crouton on top. It tasted like was prepared by a grandmama! My wife enjoyed the leek tarte and salad. Next, my wife had the risotto with mushrooms, and I had the Chicken Curry with rice. All were lovingly prepared and delicious. We were too full for dessert, the crepes for which this restaurant is well-known. . Like all the good restaurants on this trip, I enjoyed a lovely vin of the mansion for only 4 Euros! If you're on this ile, nearby Ile de la Cite, the Latin Quarter or the south side of lesMarais, I'd definitely check out this homey restaurant!

10/10This place is a gem. It is unassuming and low key, but thoroughly charming. The food and service are excellent. We made multiple visits and had a lovely experience each time. Highly recommend. Great value as the prices are more than reasonable. Don’t go too early, though, as they don’t always open as early as they advertise.
