Excellent location, upstairs terrace overlooking the sea. Food was excellent, highly recommend the herb crusted lamb cutlets! Great friendly service & good value for money for the quality.

4/10Angus burger was not so good as it sounded. Beef was production tourist class. Steak was good. Cataplana marisco was over cooked and therefore overpriced. Service was OK, but too much focus on selling more and more.

9/10Amazing views of the beach and sea. Great food and friendly helpful staff. It was busy so slight wait for main meals but not too bad. Would definitely recommend if you want to eat by the beach in old town Albufeira

7/10Service was good. Right on the water. My fruitta de Mara was awful two muscles 1 prone and a bunch of little clams 32 euro. Worse Frutta de Mare ever!! My wife’s surf and turf had 1 prone steak was ok to much sauce. No vegetables also 32 euro

10/10Beautiful setting, delicious food and attentive staff. We had a lovely evening as a large family group. The waiter was so lovely and put our 12yr old at ease who has nut allergies, he took the time to check with the chef and return to explain the ingredients and preparation of her meal.

My husband and I come to Portugal several times a year , our holidays every single time is massively impacted on food here, we stay for 4/5 days at a time, as we need "us time" away from our busy lives and children and we eat here 90% of the time . We recently just came back from Portugal and we had back to back days of the share paella. Eventhough our hotel was all inclusive! The service is outstanding, the restaurant just perfect and we are now "regulars" we always get welcomed with a hug . My husband and I purposely choose to stay in old town , solely for this restaurant, only usually coming into the town just to eat here. Thank you for the most beautiful reception, get staff, making us always welcome.and for the best food, you make our holiday. Jen and Jordan

7/10First off...if you plan on driving here, don't. Parking is very difficult. Take an Uber or cab. We had the Catalpa for two. The fish was rubbery...not good and expensive. The location is great but very busy. If you aren't staying in the immediate (walking) area, you should pass on this place.

9/10We really liked the place, which we already knew, and the service was excellent. However, the Eggs Benedict recipe had been adapted — they were served with ham instead of cured ham (prosciutto or similar). I don’t think that’s necessary, especially considering the price is reasonable enough to offer the dish as per the original recipe. I understand ham is cheaper and helps cut costs, but the flavour just isn’t the same. That said, the sauce was excellent and the eggs were perfectly cooked. The Full English breakfast my husband had was also delicious. Thank you!

10/10The staff and the food were terrific...we had a hard time locating the restaurant and called to request they hold our reservation...the manager was gracious and welcoming once we arrived...the octopus was memorable and the filet mignon was perfectly cooked...great location right on the beach...great people watching...

10/10We sat upstairs - lovely view of the the beach and sea. Service was excellent - we had really good and attentive servers who were friendly and efficient. The food was really tasty and the chocolate brownie with caramel source was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here to celebrate the occasion. Make sure to make a reservation in advance, as it’s a popular place. Really delicious menu and drinks. They also have a kids menu which is wonderful. The service was great and they went above and beyond our expectations. I recommend the seafood paella for 2 people. It was the best we have had! The desserts were delicious and lots of options to choose from.

Fantastic location overlooking fisherman’s beach, a chilly evening In March so we ate inside upstairs, our food ( 4 different steaks) was superb, 2 had apple pie desert that was made by our great waitress- fabulous.
