9/10Great evening. Great location with a beautiful view. The food was delicious. There were 4 of us and we all had something delicious. There seemed to be a disconnect between the restaurant and the bar. Drinks came out one by one and the second round of drinks came out very slow. Dishes were not cleared quickly just a small detail but noticeable. This was maybe lack of training. But we didn’t let it ruin the night and overall had a great time. We’d definitely come back.

10/10Café Principe Real is an inviting restaurant overlooking Liabon. Service is excellent, menu terrific, food superb. Not only dogs the kitchen produce fine continental dishes, but also serves imaginative Portuguese specials. I highly recommend the Café.

10/10We had an exceptional experience at the restaurant. Everything was superb... service, food, ambiance, cocktails, view, staff, music, etc. The gluten free options were plentiful, the servers were helpful, and my date was extremely happy. We had an absolutely lovely and relaxing evening. I still can't believe we were there 3 hours... zero rush, just a beautiful, relaxing meal.

10/10It was perfect. The food is truly 10/10. Order the prawns in beer sauce, the slow cooked beef, black risotto, Tuna Steak or oysters. But everything else also is just top notch. We had an amazing waiter that took care of us 100%. We had a person with celiacs and the were incredibly accomodating to that and made sure there was no cross contamination. They also had amazing celiac friendly options. The price is really fair the quality of food, service and ambience. Its a fancy place so dress a bit better. 10/10 Lisbon recommendation for a special dinner night.

+3Extraordinary experience overall. The food was exquisite (Tuna tartare and the Carpaccio as highlights), the service was perfect, attentive and pleasant (Monica was a treat), the place is beautiful and stylish with an amazing view over Lisbon. A definitive 'will come back'. Highly recommended!

The live DJ on the background in a very low volume made the environment amazing . Croquetes has a starter, Tornedó meat and Turbot Fish as main course so tasteful and beautifully presented. To finish the chocolate cake and icecream desert made wonders . And all of this with the most beautifull town in Europe as view in front of our table :) Great experience that highly recommend .

10/10The ambience was elegant. The food was outstanding. Wait staff was solicitous and engaged. We had the tuna steak with asparagus and lime risotto. The tuna was delicious and prepared perfectly. The risotto had a lovely balance between creamy and acid and the asparagus were delicious. We ordered the tiramisu and chocolate Demi chit. The chocolate dessert was served in a most kitschy and cute way and was superb. The tiramisu was untraditional and yet delicious.

Great restaurant. The property is beautiful and the food is amazing. Best in Portugal so far. A bit on the pricier/ fancy side , but you get what you pay for. Amazing wait staff and wine selection. If I’m back in Portugal I will be back. The only thing is they forgot to add the fork discount- a gentle reminder fixed this issue. Amazing service.

Phenomenal food, engaging staff, and brilliant views of central Lisbon make Café Príncipe Real a must try. The leitao crocante was particularly well prepared, preserving the richness of the dish I was first introduced to during my visit to Coimbra last year. The fois gras, with the shallot and Port wine jam was also scrumptious.
