10/10The ambience was elegant. The food was outstanding. Wait staff was solicitous and engaged. We had the tuna steak with asparagus and lime risotto. The tuna was delicious and prepared perfectly. The risotto had a lovely balance between creamy and acid and the asparagus were delicious. We ordered the tiramisu and chocolate Demi chit. The chocolate dessert was served in a most kitschy and cute way and was superb. The tiramisu was untraditional and yet delicious.

10/10Loved it, lovely staff, they all speak English and other languages! Food was excellent, vibes were nice, we were most of the time alone which was great due to the hour we came in. All staff were very caring to our demands.

Great restaurant. The property is beautiful and the food is amazing. Best in Portugal so far. A bit on the pricier/ fancy side , but you get what you pay for. Amazing wait staff and wine selection. If I’m back in Portugal I will be back. The only thing is they forgot to add the fork discount- a gentle reminder fixed this issue. Amazing service.

Phenomenal food, engaging staff, and brilliant views of central Lisbon make Café Príncipe Real a must try. The leitao crocante was particularly well prepared, preserving the richness of the dish I was first introduced to during my visit to Coimbra last year. The fois gras, with the shallot and Port wine jam was also scrumptious.

We arrived just before dusk and saw the impressive view of the city while still daylight. We sat outside on the terrace and the view remained beautiful after dark. The service and dinner were excellent. Beautifully prepared and presented. Looking forward to our next visit.

6.5/10It’s not the first time that the service is horrible. The food is sometimes perfect and today it was so so. I think for a 5 star hotel you should have a better service. I myself probably will come back and just take a snack and a glass off wine just because of the ambiance.

10/10This is a hidden treasure. Delicious food, amazing view, incredible service, reasonable prices. We loved it! We had the codfish which my friend says was the best she ever tasted. I had the Turbot and it was so delicious I had to eat every bite and every drop of sauce. We had the chocolate cake with caramel popcorn for dessert. It was such a fun combination of texture and flavor! The waitstaff was so kind and attentive bringing us blankets and extra bread just to make us more comfortable.

10/10Amazing food, friendly staff and beautiful ambience. We sat outside at sunset and enjoyed the gorgeous rooftop views. They even provided blankets when the sun went down and we got chilly. We stayed for three hours and will definitely come back.

6.5/10The food was disappointing. Our shrimp dish had sand in it, and both of us had to spit it out because of the crunchiness. When the waiter asked how everything was, we mentioned it, but nothing was done to rectify or accommodate - they just said “okay.” The steak I ordered medium came out well done, while the slow-cooked beef rib was the only highlight. Overall, the food felt subpar for the price, even with the “fork” discount. We’ve been there before, and so I can easily compare as our first visit had been much better. The service was also lacking. After asking for the bill and waiting 10–15 minutes, I eventually had to go up to the bar to pay, despite five staff members being around with only a few guests in the restaurant. Given the high cost and the reputation of being one of Lisbon’s top restaurants, the experience was disappointing. Unfortunately not coming back after this experience.
