10/10I'm unsure if the middle aged gentleman was the proprietor, but he was very nice and courteous. Although the young lady who was our server didn't speak much English (and sadly my French is non-existent), she was very pleasant, helpful, and child understand is quite well. The food and wine were all excellent: I started with the escargot which had the traditional prep with the addition of pesto and grated fresh ginger...it was fantastic! My wife and I both had the St. Jacque scallops which was also delicious. We finished our dinners by sharing the apple tart and toffee ice cream... all very good! We really enjoyed this establishment and highly recommend it!

7/10There is a live band, I'm not sure which days but it was there Friday night. If you like jazz you will love it, if you don't you'll think it's very noisy for a small place. Food wise, the starters are nice, the mains are ok, stick to the meats,

10/10Fantastic food, and the live jazz was an extra treat. Friendly service and well located too if you are in the Opera area (5-10 minutes walk). The live jazz is on Friday evenings only I think.

10/10I love the place. The food and the service was excellent. I ordered the Apple tart desert but the cheesecake was served instead. My friend and I were busy talking and didn’t realize it was a wrong order until the lady server brought out the correct one. And of course we were not charged for the cheesecake. We loved the jazz music. Everything was great. I will definitely come back.

9/10Very nice small restaurant, delicious dishes, and friendly service. The only downside was that there seemed to be only one waiter, and guests often had to wait when he was busy elsewhere. Regardless, a very pleasant experience overall.

10/10Food was outstanding and perhaps we didn’t do our homework but we were pleasantly surprised to be entertained during dinner by a great jazz quartet. Order the duck. One of the best I’ve had in Paris.

10/10Incredible service, food and atmosphere. The roasted lamb, escargots, and Bordeaux wine was incredible. We loved the decor (books surrounding us) and modern furniture in a wonderful restaurant as live quartet jazz played in the background :)
