6.5/10We had a reservation but we were late due to delayed flight. We were told a couple times that the kitchen was closed, but the next table was getting service. I showed our reservation details and asked was there something simple we could have. Finally, we were offered salad and we took that for all three. Language barrier? We would have also been happier if you had given advice on where to go instead. We were tired and hungry due to long day travelling. Your location further aeay from the city is not attractive for another trip if you don't help arriving clients a bit more.

Service was very slow but it was a busy Saturday evening & it seemed like one server in particular was overwhelmed. The food was delicious and the restaurant is situated atop a hotel with views of the sea. Will definitely visit again.

2/10I booked the calade for a special occasion only to arrive and be told that it wasn't open until the evening. My whole family dressed up and arrived with a degree of excitement to experience a new restaurant only to find that it wasn't open. To make matters worse the rook top staff couldn't have cared less for our predicament. When will employees who work in the sector ever realise that customers keep them in jobs. Note to all front office staff, if you dont like customer facing jobs, then dont work in them. Then we decided to not waste the opportunity but ordering the roof top menu was the greatest waste of money. Foccaccia that felt like it was 2 days old, nachos the same...such expensive crap. All these places do the same, they try to be fancy and pretend to be fancy but really, you'd make better in your own kitchen. One day, these places will close because people will eventually realise. As for the fork and the restaurant, how difficult is it to organise opening times?? Joke

5.5/10Our reservation (for 5 people) was at 8:30. Several diners arrived and ordered after we did (7 tables near us, that we know of) and they all received their food before we did. In fact, we did not receive our food until 10:30, after we had to complain. Our waitress also forgot drink orders. When the food arrived, it was mediocre at best. My mashed potatoes were not hot, and my daughters' pasta was actually cold. It was so late by that time, that we didn't care to order dessert or coffee. The manager didn't come to our table to apologize for the extremely long wait. The only apology we received was from another waiter who had seated us when we arrived -- probably because he knew how long we were there. On top of that, they were only willing to reduce our bill by 15% which didn't even cover the extra drinks we had to order during our wait. We were looking so forward to eating at this restaurant, and it was such a disappointment.

2/10We reserved on their website for dinner at 6:15pm but when we arrived the restaurant it was closed and opened only at 7pm. We had a reservation for 6 persons. They proposed us to have a drinks at the bar but the bar never open.☹️ The only positive thing was the front desk person who tried to help us.

4/10The place was great, great views and great setting. However, the service was not good at all. We waited 30+ minutes between finishing starter and get main dish. Also waited 10 minutes when asked for the bill (another waiter asked us again if we wanted the bill and finally brought it). Food was average, not much flavour unfortunately for what you pay it should be much better. Wouldn’t come back

4.5/10While I'm usually quite flexible about dining experiences, this was an exceptionally poor one. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes from seating to food arrival—without even receiving menus until we repeatedly asked. After ordering, no drinks arrived until we prompted staff multiple times. When the food finally came, one dish was wrong, and the second arrived 15 minutes later while we’d already started eating. The service was unprofessional and rude, without a single apology. Perhaps this wasn’t the staff’s fault alone, but a result of severe understaffing. Still, the discomfort seemed universal: I saw guests fetching cutlery from empty tables themselves. Despite the restaurant’s stunning views and decor, I would never return.

Unfriendly service. Entrecote full of tendons - medium requested - served rare. Menu card was falling apart. Where is the pride? Two young couples sat down but walked out without ordering.

4/10Superb location, rooftop with seaview. Limited menu is OK, quality of the food was terrible: wild cod with very few young vegetables, 4 pieces, and a hard boiled egg. Slowly cooked lamb with artichocs was served after 5 minutes with half of a small artichoc. Panna cotta was fluïd milk. Very kind and charming maitre d’hotel. Sanitary facilities are this hotel unworthy.

5/10Booked for the view however they didn’t let us sit outside even though it was a beautiful night so that was disappointing. The inside was hot and was way too bright for a dinner. Staff was polite and responsive. Appetizer ( crab cake) and entrees ( chicken dish, lobster dish) was delicious. Dessert ( raspberry tart) was rather dry. Not a very good wine list. The restaurant is in the Raddisson.

9.5/10What a great place. Food and service excellent! The roof top is beautiful with the best views of Nice! We’re already organising our next visit with the family. Whole heartedly recommend this lovely restaurant.
