7.5/10I was restricted in what I could order (as I was using yums towards the bill) but the food I could order and the service turned out to be good.

6.5/10The restaurant is really beautifully decorated. I would have given the restaurant 5 stars in ambience if it weren't for the fact that we ate inside and it was extremely hot and we were sweating the whole time. We ordered cocktails that were very good and nicely presented. One of our platters was Palanca (meat) which unfortunately was very chewy and wasn'tas enjoyable as we hoped. The service was just OK; very straight to the point and impersonal. Maybe we had an unfortunate evening or should have chosen the paella so as to try one of the specialties, but I don't think we will be going back.

2/10Paella nor any other dish was offered on the menu. Avoid this place. They do not treat The Fork customers well nor consider them "worthy".

FAKE, dato che le piace utilizzare l’inglese quando è più che italiano. Ha prenotato per 8, vi siete presentati in 6 SENZA AVVISARE (l’educazione si vede che non fosse compresa nel corso insieme alla lingua inglese). Avete ordinato un piatto a testa perché vi siete accorti che fossimo troppo cari per voi (avete speso 20€ a testa compreso il vino e ci definite cari 😅). Per là Paella bastava chiedere, perché è su prenotazione e tra l’altro non scontabile dato che ci vuole un’ora di preparazione e non possiamo offrirla a €10 quando nel 2024 perfino una pizza di qualità ne costa €12. Siete venuti in 6 anziché 8, avete speso €20 a testa con 2 litri di sangria compresi e un acqua. In un ristorante in una delle vie del lusso più importanti di Genova quanto volevate spendere? Non oso immaginare se aveste preso là Paella che solo lei costa €26 come ci avreste definiti, ma purtroppo vi do una notizia, la qualità si paga, e Caliente metterà sempre la qualità davanti a qualsiasi altro fattore. 5/10They have a separate menu for bookings through The Fork, with higher prices than the menu on The Fork app, and most of the meat courses are left out of the promotion, which does really reduce the advantages of booking through The Fork. I don’t think this is the right way to approach customers who book through the app and want to discover a new place, as it will leave them disappointed and not willing to come back.

Cara Maddalena, aveva una vasta scelta di piatti tra cui scegliere con il suo sconto, certo se per lei spendere €25 per una cena è molto caro forse doveva optare per un altro tipo di locale e abbassare la pretesa riguardo le materie prime in quanto si evince dal suo commento che le interessa solo spendere poco, non ha menzionato la qualità dei piatti perché come ben sappiamo è più che elevata. Lei ci conferma come i clienti senza sconti che abbiamo ogni giorno e che vengono a cena per piacere e non per “l’offerta degli sconti” siano sempre i più felici perché ricercano la qualità e spendono molto felicemente i loro soldi perché riconoscono che i nostri piatti li valgano tutti. P.s. Il menù è esposto fuori dal locale con scritto cosa sia scontato e cosa no, se per lei eravamo troppo cari poteva anche non entrare :) nessuno l’ha obbligata a sedersi al tavolo e scegliere ciò che ha ordinato. 4.5/10The classic joint build-up to live out of “the fork”: a hugely overpriced menu that became barely acceptable only after the 50% discount. Tried Tex-mex dishes, almost tasteless and no “caliente” at all. Cocktails are too light and a total rip-off (the bartender is just a showman). Location may have some potential but the place is a bit of a mess (stuff, bottles, trays are left over almost everywhere). Staff is cute, friendly and attentive. Sorry, a no-go to me

10/10The place has a great vibe, we felt like we were dining in a cool cave. The food and wine were great. We got a bottle of white wine made from grapes that had almost gotten extinct some time back. It was great.

8/10Nuce restaurant. Owners attentive. The 1st floor is nice for romantic dinner. Prefer the 20:00 time slot. Nice ambiance. Good.food. Price is fair, quality is there. 4th time there. Either romantic and/or family. Italian/Mexican mix working it. Highly.recommend
