They just relocated in Arturo Soria area and decided to give a trail fir the opening. Was crowded and staff was under pressure but was trying hard at the same time to be nice and efficient. Some service mistakes like bringing the ceviches after a warm plate or just not taking properly the order forgetting el lomo salteado..we got a pisco sour and a wine as courtesy to compensate..At the end they managed to keep us happy but more importantly the food was excellent. and also good to see Jhosef in action in the kitchen. We usually go once every two months for Peruvian food having tried the other 20 top trip advisor ranked in Madrid and really now for me it is the best one at least the best ceviche , pulpo braseado and lomo salteado and pisco sour .
