8.5/10Atmosphere was terrific! Excellent steak. Food presentation & flavors were quite good. The chips for guacamole were too small & made sharing this dish awkward. Waitstaff was attentive & kind. Overall would definitely recommend this resto!

5.5/10We went there on New Year's Eve. Food was decent but not especially extraordinary. It felt overpriced for little cooking efforts. Unfortunately, the service wasn't pleasant at all. We had some issues with my friend's order. The waiter was very stressed and started arguing with us, which was really unpleasant. We had to justify our request to cook the meat again given it arrived 1) cold and then 2) absolutely inedible. I never agreed with the idea that the customer is always right, but I was shocked how the waiter started debating the reasons we asked for our meal to be satisfying. By the time the food was served, I had finished my dish. We received somewhat of an apology but it was more an expression of their embarrassment rather than acknowledging their fault. I would not recommend this restaurant.

8.5/10The cocktails were amazing! I came with my family for NYE dinner, it was a set menu. The food was good and the service ended up being pretty good, although it didn’t feel very welcoming at first. Also, I’m not sure if it’s customary to leave a tip but this was the only restaurant I visited in Paris that asked a couple times if I wanted to pay more than the total bill — so I left a tip but it was awkward lol.

10/10The staff was really nice and welcoming, doing their best to please us in a relaxed atmosphere. The food is simple but nice. We had beef and the 3 of us were very happy with the quality of the meat. The guacamole as a starter is good, but on the pricey side, and would not necessarily recommend for this reason. Otherwise, just fine 😊

10/10The food was great; my chicken salad was very large - I was going to get it as a starter but the server suggested I take it as mt full lunch and she was right. The ingredients were fresh was light and tasty. The chicken was tender and had a smoked flavor. Our wines were also excellent. Our servers were attentive and had smiles on their faces. I will definitely return.

10/10We booked to come here the day before based on the reviews and glad we did. As a group of 6, we had a variety of starters, Cerviche, empanadas, burrata and salmon tartare and we all loved them. For main, we all had various steaks which were all cooked to our liking. Amazing service from Chammes. Would definitely recommend

10/10The chef owner really knows how to cook. Empanadas are wonderful. Such a nice relaxed neighborhood restaurant with really good food. By the way, the beef is excellent and tender. Best entrecôte ever. Hope to be back when in Paris next

5.5/10Argentinian food was OK but the service was awful. The waitress was surely to the point of being a caricature of a rude Parisian waitress. The food took forever to be served and when it arrived, all the orders were incorrect! She brought someone else’s dessert at the end. Pity, it is a lovely restaurant in a great location in St Germain-des-Pres.

10/10Very quaint restaurant, advertises as “Argentinian” however they have a bit of French food too. We had the ceviche - not your typical ceviche - however very good, fresh and tasty. We also had the salmon tartar, beef tartar (highly recommended) and a dessert plus a bottle of wine and it was all great. The service was quick, and very very friendly!

10/10Top service. Grilled octopus and delicious skirt steak hampe on the menu like a hanger steak. The very new best place of the Saint-Germain market, next to the Saint-Sulpice church. We will come back for my birthday! Good selection of wines. Highly recommended. Bravo
