The food was exceptional. The broa and pão da Lo were the best we’ve had and the grouper cooked to perfection. The only downside was the restaurant was very cold and noisy. It might be worth returning in Summer.

Honestly we are regular visitors to Nazaré and we never thought much about this restaurant just because of its looks. Finally we decided to give it a try and we were very impressed by the food and by the sympathy of the waiter. So at the end, a very pleasant dinner even though the outdated decoration and not that comfortable room. The food quality/price and people made the difference.

It is now winter and so there were no other guests besides myself. I talked with David, my waiter, for most of the time and found it to be great fun. A good sense of humor and wry wit always complements a good meal and the Grouper was fantastic. Thanks David!

Amazing meals all around. We had a big party of 8 and everyone loved it. Owner/Cook was very friendly and even offered us some delicious Ginja Shots after. We will return to this place.

One waitress dealing with customers as it got busier she needed help which didn't seem to occur. On ordering waited an hour for starter soup but never arrived but our mains did. It was mentioned to some one from kitchen who delivered food. When we got the bill we were charged for it . So explained to wartress and she quickly amended it after shouting at kitchen staff.

I have to say the food was good and the service was nice but.. you pay over 12€ for 6 shrimps! That’s insane! Just dont order it, all the rest seems good

The people who are reading my review, please just book a meal at this restaurant. The people there are so nice and genuine, it was amazing. Super attentive owners. The dishes are very very good as well, of course. Don't look for another restaurant. For the experience and the price, it is a "hidden gem" of Nazaré.

The restaurant was a great find! They had our reservation when we arrived. The entries were superb so as the main dish! The waiter gave us great recommendations on what to order and the wine! so so good and I highly recommend for any one wanting to try some fresh local fish dishes. We also tried a typical ginginha with our coffee, which was amazing!

Nice restaurant, very good food enjoyed by all. Youngest had the kids menu, home made burger although a little dry. Had the squid which was delicious and eldest had the octopus which was very good. Slightly over priced at an average on 15/18 euros a dish. Worth booking via the fork to get the discount.

Excellent food and service, correctly priced. The owner and the chef came to talk to us and make sure everything was right. The waiter, Mr Vitor, was completing 46 years in the restaurant! And he makes the deserts himself. And he was working like if it was his first day at the restaurant! Great service and attention!
