10/10We booked Cantina Barbagianni on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. It did not disappoint. The food was on another level. Something a little different from the many eateries in Florence and executed so well.

6.5/10Dishes were hit or miss. Mains come without side by default, which we were not informed of. They look really sad on the plate. The lamb was overcooked to past “well done” and more to the level of “shoe”. That being said, the octopus appetizer and the eggplant main were excellent.

Modern interpretation of classic dishes Not too rich but delicious beef cheek and eggplant parmigiana Fresh bruschetta with grilled bread Decor is sparse but welcoming. Crisp linens on beautiful wooden tables Excellent wine choice by the glass

Incredible. Uno per due (one for two) and they split everything for us. Ravioli and the duck brought tears to my eyes they were incredible. Service was above and beyond. We eat out a lot and this was a 10 star experience.

7.5/10Server was very nice. My gnudi tasted like very creamy creamed spinach. Eggplant Parmesan was presented beautifully and was a very good Non-traditional take on a traditional dish. The liver appetizer was unremarkable.

10/10We enjoyed our evening very much. One lady serving did an amazing job to keep everyone happy, she was so helpful and cheery. Food fab, we had beef tenderloin, sliced steak, crème brûlée (which was as brilliant as everyone raves about!) Great!

10/10It is our last night in Florence, we are very happy to round our trip up with this lovely restaurant, the deco is elegant and cozy, clean. Service is cheerful and friendly. Food is delicious, we are all so happy, enjoying the food and two bottles of wine:) It gives up good memory of Florence!

10/10Lovely restaurant with varied menu and delightful staff. Excellent artichoke starter and succulent fish main; pasta and meat dish also top notch. Close to centre without being too ‘touristy’. Can imagine it as the perfect venue for a special evening as well as for the lovely weeknight dinner out we enjoyed.

7/10This small restaurant is on two floors. We were seated in the basement areas with two other couples occupying other tables, so it wasn’t busy. The food was good and we received a 30% discount with Fork. However the whole evening was marred by the waitress, who I think is the owner with her chef partner. She was very loud and spent a lot of time talking with guests at an adjoining table who were friends. We were ignored for around 30 minutes at the end so gave up on ordering deserts etc. It really ruined our, otherwise good, experience. Shame….therefore can’t recommend.

Thanks for the nice service. The staff was very nice, friendly. It was fourth time to visit and it’s always great. Only thing missing is that slow cooked pork lost moist inside a little bit. But the dish overall was really beautiful and delicious.

9/10The perfect restaurant for a romantic dinner, even if we went for a work dinner. Food is delicious and a great selection of local dishes and wine list. One waitress for a number of tables is the only reason this place did not get 10/10. Really great value with the fork discount.

10/10I spend a PERFECT time with my wife. Great place, great food and great attention. I reserved using TripAdvisor one day and hour with 50% of discount, and they made this discount in the check directly without even should ask for it!!! I ate one perfect antipasti (for 2 person), one big water, half liter of wine, and one dish of pasta to each one, and I should pay €52, and with discount I finish paying €26 in total!!! VERY good price!!!
