Dear Jin, First of all I would like to underline the Fact that the stuff wasn’t rude as you tell because every time that arrive someone in our restaurant, we offer Prosecco and Pappa al pomodoro, as you have seen. Also, you saw that the servants were asking you every time if everything it’s OK and you answer always that everything was good. According to the review of the quality of food, you gave two points of 10 and my question is: if it was so bad, why did you eat bistecca and salad and you finished everything? According to the quality of food, I would like to let you know that every people that come to our restaurant are satisfied with our services, food and atmosphere. If you didn’t like the quality of food, I make myself aviable to offer you a dinner in order to let you understand our high-quality food. Best regards, Manager of Cantina de’ Pucci.

Food was so good, nice interior. Server's service was fantastic. The wine 'Calice Bolgheri' that she recommended was really suits for the steak. Actually, The visit date was my friend's b-day. We've had way more great day since we visit this place. Thank you for making our day.

Famous for its wine-window, the restaurant is so much more. The food is delicious with excellent presentation and all fresh tasting and obviously home made. Highly recommend for couples or a family meal. The staff are professional and attentive. An impressive wine selection too with options by the glass, half or full bottles. Wonderful place!

Amazing food! They started us out with free bread with this amazing tomato-based dip. We ordered the penne bolognese and pasta with wild boar. Medium sized portions, but delicious!

I was staying nearby for an entire month and I'm so sorry to myself for only discovering this place two days before I left. There was so much on the menu I wanted to try. I absolutely loved my gnocchi with cacio e pepe (i opted out of the tuna). The inside is very nice and I like knowing I'm underground--it was very cool (both literally and figuratively). The service was great too--extremely kind and professional. They also have a wine window if that's something you're looking for during your stay in Florence!

Great meal with great service! We were greeted with Prosecco and ended our evening with limoncello. Our group enjoyed all of our meals and said that our ribeyes were some of the best we’ve had on our trip. Definitely recommend dining at this restaurant! An added plus was the wine window upstairs where we could enjoy a pre-dinner glass on wine!

Very easy to access and service was very good and fast. Problem is the quality of steak. I ordered 1.4kg t-bone steak with medium cook, but it' almost well-done. Too hard to eat. I recoment rare than medium.
