2/10Total lack of overview and the ability to make the customers feel comfortable. Waited for more than one hour just to learn that the waiter didn't submit the order to the kitchen.

3/10Food was OK, no better, just OK Service was woeful, no starter delivered, 1 hour wait from ordering Staff apologetic but not very convincing, place was deserted as we were still finishing

4.5/10Unfortunately, my recent visit to the restaurant left me disappointed. I had ordered a meal that I wanted to return, but I was charged for it regardless, which amounted to 18 euros. Additionally, I was surprised to see an additional charge of 5 euros for the table and dishes. This unexpected billing was quite disheartening. I hope the restaurant takes measures to improve their billing practices and ensure transparency for future customers.

10/10The food and service were excellent 10 out of 10. This was our last meal of the holiday and easily the best in Naples! We really appreciated the clear explanation of the menu and the free limoncello was a bonus!

10/10The service was excellent right from when we walked in the door. The staff made some very good suggestions about the menu. A good wine list also. The night we were there it was very busy with many different groups of different sizes. The staff did an excellent job of handling everyone and giving good service. We would go back the next one we are in Napoli.

8/10reviews we read were superlative so expectations were high. In all it was a nice meal but nothing more. I ordered steak with Parmesan sauce which was tasty although a ridiculously small portion which was disappointing.

Thank you for the review , we would like to point out the fact that we serve Sirloin fillet with parmesan sauce not regular steak so obviously the portion is smaller. Best wishes La Cantina del Sole

10/10Best pasta place we’ve been to in Napels! Great pasta, bruschettas and wine, very nice waiting staff, nothing but praise for this restaurant. 10/10 would recommend, great price/quality-balance. PS: try the lemon pasta!

9.5/10We truly enjoyed our dinner at La Cantina. We had delicious eggplant with tomato as a starter along with juicy crusted prawns with amazing hot pepper & tomato dip. For main we shared a nice stack of long cooked pork ribs, which was smoky and full of flavor. All products were very fresh and prepared to perfection. We asked our waiter for a nice bottle of dry white wine, and his recommendation, Lacryma Christi made from grapes indigenous to the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, was spot on. To close things off my honey chose the Panna cotta, which came with a glass of perfect spiked chocolate sauce. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening.

8/10Very central place in historical center. It has a good menu with pasta, meat, vegetables and fish. We had the dorada fillet and the pork steak with some vegetables. Prices are mid for food and dish. Nice service and the discount for the fork booking was very good deal. Coperto at 2 euro per person, no servizio.

10/10Food was delicious! Not just another tourist restaurant in Centro Storico, as there are many that are tourist traps. This place has authentic Napolitan food with ao much taste. Highly recommend!
