This is an eatery with simple if overpriced food. We ordered lamb chops and grilled cod. Cod was more like rubber, not sure how one needs to overcook it to make it so. Lamb was not bad, but the cut is definitely not a lamb chop. Convert is 4.50 for a few olives and little bread, way more than fine restaurants in the area charge. Service was good, fast and attentive.

The food was nice. I requested a table inside (in advance) because my husband feels the cold and any breeze acutely - but I was placed in the breeziest part of the restaurant. It seemed like they only realised we had a booking when we turned up because there was no reserved table, hence we ended up with the breezy table at the top of the stairs, when we should have been further inside. Having said that, the waiter was knowledgeable and the food was ok.

Not only was the octopus the best I have ever eaten, all the food was very fresh and pure anyway, with no unnecessary additives. In addition, the service from the two waiters that evening was excellent, they told us a lot about where their fish is caught, how the octopus is cooked, where to get the best olive oil and so on. Obrigada Guilherme and colleague waiter for a great evening.

Front of house were not interacting at all without prompting, we arrived with a booking, the restaurant was not busy and they looked at us until we asked for a table. They did not know if our table or a different table arrived first so asked us who wanted to have their order taken first. The the table that arrived after went first and took 5mins+ to order. Plates on our table when we arrived were sticky, but looked like the table had been freshly set. The food when it came was nice. The front of house service let down the overall experience.

The octupos was amazing but I had order Rice with prawns clams and mussels but there were no mussels.... Food was great and presented well but plates were cold. Not sure if personnel's preference, but hot plates a possibility? The sangria was awesome and staff were great! 4.5 out of 5

Good restaurant in a little street. The main courses were good but the prices are high for what we have in the plate. It's a good place for a quick lunch.
