Food was very good and service was good. Table seating is very crowded and the eating space is very small. Overall, the experience was good.

There was no reservation. They asked us to wait 5 minutes and it took so long we moved on to another restaurant

We were charged €5 for the table?? Poor service - asked for some water 3 times and never received any! Curt service!

Nice crowded small place, good food (we took cold cuts). Red wine was nice but served too warm. Good and friendly service.

Amazing food, I had a burger and it was huge and so delicious. The restaurant was on a main strip with loads of other restaurants. Wonderful atmosphere

Not the friendliest of welcomes, staff seemed strained. They had run out of the draft beer we were looking forward to. There was a special plate which included a drink. I tried to order it but was told it had to be reserved whatever that means. I had never seen or heard of Capollo until I searched for a place to eat so how could I reserve anything except a table? We were going to go elsewhere to be honest and then one waitress said I could order the special but the other still said I couldn’t. Then I was offered a scaled down version without the drink which I accepted and really enjoyed but there was no bread with it which was a shame. Meats and cheese go with bread and olives etc. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork burger. All in all mixed feelings. It was my 70 th birthday and it felt subdued.

Our waitress was very nice. However, that was the only positive thing about dining there. I can’t figure out why everyone gives this place five stars. I guess I have a different idea of a good meal. I’m assuming most of the people that left reviews were Americans because this is very typical of Time Square food in New York City. Total tourist food!!
