Good food with a wonderful view. Service was good too.

I asked if it was possible to change the shellfish cause that came with the monkfish. The waiter checked with the chef and said yes. When it arrived it was covered in shellfish. The waiter insisted that they were mollusks and not shellfish!!!! It was taken away but my husband had his dinner eaten by the time my new dinner arrived. I noticed the table beside us also got the wrong order and one had the dinner eaten before the other got their dinner.

Superb food. Took tagliatele with funghi porcini (delicious) and after mixed fish plateau. All was really eeally good

The staff and people were amazing. We want to go back tomorrow but no reservations. We rarely go back to a restaurant when traveling.

On a holiday break to Monopoli, we wanted to find somewhere good for dinner - Sunday evening, lots of restaurants closed but we found a gem at Carlos Quinto - great food, great wine recommendation, pleasant and busy place - food was great - octopus tentacles were sublime

I had the blue crab risotto for my primi and the baciola for secondi. Both were excellent. Everything on the menu is so delicious that you really can’t go wrong with any choice. My wife had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Carlo Quinto because it is right on the ocean and the views and atmosphere is so amazing.

Unfortunately it started raining just before we went out, but the restaurant tackled the problem with transparent shields. We still were served outside, it was warm enough & the setting was superb. The waitresses did their best to understand but the French guests had a harder time then we did 😝 But that was countered also. The food was very good and the price utmost correct. Nice experience

As a seafood restaurant the quality of the ingredients were mediocre at best. Also the choice of food was very limited. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Very good food, good wine recommendations (white: Rampone) and probably one of the best views in Monopoli (if you are seated outside!). Very reasonably priced too. Thoroughly recommended.

We visited twice for dinner. The environment is gorgeous, nice music, people friendly, food tasty. On lungomare next to old picturesque port.

CarloQuinto was one of my favorite culinary experiences in Puglia. Gorgeous view of the ocean from your table and the staff is extremely efficient, kind, and hospitable. Every bite is a masterpiece and their Spritz is delicious! I really enjoyed my lunch here and would eat here every day if I could!

Carlo Quinto is set right on the water in the charming town of Monopoli. We were seated in a beautiful spot outdoors. The service was really good, very nice staff! The food was really delicious! We both had seafood and it was fresh and cooked perfectly! We highly recommend this restaurant - especially for lunch and a gorgeous view of the sparkling Adriatic!

Food is good. Service as well. The place is magic. You still have to fight to get your table, even with reservation. 😅

The food was good.. we were a little disappointed as a party of 4, we wanted to order 3 different pasta dishes but the waitress informed us that we could only choose 2 different ones per table.. I’ve never experienced this before.

we arrived in Monopoli on a Sunday night, the evening if the annual festival of the Republic so the walkway in front of Carlo Quinto was mobbed! It was fun watching the couples and families on their passgiatta. The food was excellent - a delicious carpaccio and swordfish steak for my husband; a very good orrecchieti w sausage ragu for me. only 4 stars for service because they were slammed and they gave the couple next to us our order which was identical! But it was fine, we chatted with them and enjoyed our delicious white wine while we waited.

Nice place to watch all the people passing by, look on the sea and listen some live music. Very professional when it come to reservation and managing all the people waiting for a free table. Even the discount from Fork was given without any reminder, thanks for that. Maybe some potential in the kitchen, but otherwise the best place in the evening.

This place was excellent. We ate outside, just off the pedestrian walkway so the atmosphere was lively. Food, all of which was seafood based was superb and the service was happy and pretty speedy. We would happily return, and would recommend tuna carpaccio and monkfish stew! Cocktails excellent, as was the head barman.!

Ok food, ok price, the seafood carbonara was the best dish, risotto was ok. Nice and friendly staff and very good atmosphere
