We booked a table through the fork and said when we arrived we had booked but he just ignored that and asked how many to eat and we said two and sat us down so not sure if they were still waiting for us to turn up for our booking? We were seated promptly but we're hardly given any time to look through the menu as they kept on us wanting us to order. I wish I had had just a little bit more time to look through the menu to order. We had already sent them away once after saying we could order drinks but not good ATM. The food was very good. My parents had a T bone and I had chicken and rump. We did order rice, salad and jacket potato. We didn't get the rice but chips instead. Service seemed rushed. However, can't fault the food. I was also asked when paying how I would like to tip. I thought tipping was a choice? We would go back but for the food. It was very noisy.

We went hear after seeing thousands of good reviews that show 4.6 out of 5 on google reviews. I cannot see how this is better than a 3/5 on a good day. 1. Both our steaks were poor quality. i requested medium steak but this was served rare. 2.The chips were warm at best, 3. The mushroom side was cold/ not cooked. 4. The service was average At the end when we left most of our food on the table, they had the brazenness to ask for a service tip. I cannot understand how the reviews i read are so different to the experience we had.

The worst steak I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the T-bone and the assortment of three different steaks — all of them were equally disappointing. Poor quality meat, badly cooked, and absolutely not worth the price.

We were put in a table in the back of the restaurant with a very loud and annoying music. Also the waiters seems to be confused and a little stressed.
