Sorry to say, but we didn't have a good expierience. First: it was freezing cold. I made a reservation for newyears eve - they kept the door open for the Sky-Bar, we asked to close it, but the didn't want to, there were not enough heaters, so most guests were eating with their coats on :-) Second: one of the items we ordered was hardly warm (sent back).

The ambience is nice, location is just opp the church. A lot of food in the menu is not available. Staff didn’t know how to speak english so both of us do not understand each other. Did not have a good dinner that night.

The service was ordinary. From the beginning there was a difference in treatment which I imagine was due to the discount offered via The Fork App. The small portions of tapas all came on a bed of potato fries 🤔. The seasoning on all dishes very salty. I wouldn't return even if discounted especially when surrounded by many other options.

Unfortunately the service at this restaurant was very poor. The server was rude and impatient. They did not come check on us and they messed up our order… otherwise the food was very good, but not amazing.

Service AWFUL. Waitress with an attitude for sure. Had to find her outside to order drinks. Then wanted two minutes before ordering food. Had to go and find her again! Then MORE attitude (we had to tell her to drop the attitude, which didn't work). The restaurant wasn't busy. In fact we were the only occupied table downstairs, the terrace was empty too. After we asked her to drop the attitude most of the staff came for a walk past our table with big grins on their faces. The food was good though. I was expecting a beer battered chicken patty in my burger, but it was actually just little breaded fried chicken strips. Still nice though, but not outstanding. Towards the end of our meal we did have a smile and respectful service. Unfortunately too late to lift the evening. A shame.

The patatas bravas and whiskey glaze tapas were stellar. Location was great and our server was very nice and gave us recommendations for things to do around the area

Amazing food. Try the TAPAS with chicken and honey sauce

Tapas and hamburger were so delicious. Only problem was that there was a small plastic thing inside squid tapas. However, it wasn’t a big problem for me. Service was great. Our waiter was so helpful.

Food wasn’t great, I told staff downstairs I was here to celebrate an engagement. Food was probably the worst we had all holiday

We understand you wanted to celebrate your engagement with us, we offer you several options before you arrive to make sure your evening was more memorable but you refuse and we had to respect your wishes. We understood you only wanted to use the online coupon for your evening so we work with the limitations that you set. None of the issues was related to the food if they were we asure you we would have solve it and guaranty your satisfaction but unfortunately was not the case. We don't understand why you decided to set the review the way you did when the staff try its best to serve you.

Shortish menu but the tapas was well made and you could tell that they made the salmorejo to order, it was fresh and delicious. If we come again, would like to try the rooftop bar.

The food is really delicious!! Order the tequenos and the paella. The drinks were good too! Highly recommend it! They do have a rooftop with view of cathedral. They have patio outdoor seating in front of restaurant too and indoor dining. Make a reservation as popular place!

The food was very good. The portion of the paella was a little small but very good. The only problem was that they charged us more for the beer that what appears in the menu (it was just 50c). Everything else great. I sugest get the table on the rooftop to enjoy the view.

Great vegetarian food

The place is very beautiful, well decorated and the food is phenomenal! Delicious. We ordered a hamburger and they were perfect, including the grilling of the meat according to what each person requested. The rooftop is incredible and has a beautiful view of Seville Cathedral.

We asked How many pieces a tapa has and the answer was 3/6 per tapa/racion and they served us only 4 pieces in one racion. In previous reviews here we can see that a tapa that costs 5€ has 3 pieces….

We have talk to the chef so he talk with the staff and make sure the are not surplices and we keep the consistency. If you have let any tema member know about it im 1005 sure they would have made the adjustment on the spot and ensure you feel confortable and satisfice with the order. Our goal is to make sure each interaction is special and we work very hard for it. If we fail we are truly sorry and we would try our best next time to deliver the perfect service.

Impossible to eat on roof top because we have a chid of 11 years old ...
Casa A.R.T TapasDenis, clearly the age limitation on the rooftop bater you, but those are rules that we cant change as are safety polices. The policies are there for the protection of our guest. Please also note that The rooftop is a restaurant call " A.R.T Sky BAR" that is not part of the Fork, your discount is for CASA A.R.T TAPAS. we she share the building but is a complete different restaurant.

Unfortunately, this artistic haven does not seem to shield its patrons from the chill of colder days. The open door policy, presumably to welcome passersby, unwittingly invites the cold in, necessitating a stay wrapped in warm attire—an unpleasant companion for a meal. The staff, while courteous, lack a certain finesse with the glassware and bottles, indicative of a need for further training. This, paired with an apparent absence of area control to ensure timely service, detracts from the overall dining experience. One’s patience is tested with notably long waits for the kitchen’s output, an issue that is particularly egregious when the sequence of service falters, as it did when the main course precedes the appetizers, leading to an awkward imbalance in the dining ritual. The paella, a quintessential Spanish dish, is served with an authentic warmth but lacks generosity in its filling, a deviation from the hearty Spanish culinary spirit. At a standard price, this might be a point of contention, though with a discount, the value equation balances out somewhat in its favor.
