Just across the road from the Sagrada Família, terrace views are lovely. We arrived before our booking to enjoy a drink on the terrace before moving inside for dinner. Staff were attentive, personable and provided helpful recommendations. No split billing.

Horrible place . Totally avoidable . Food was worst . They also run a scam . If you are group of two you can’t order one portion of certain main course . It is not mentioned in online menu but they have a printed menu mentioning this condition .

really lovely restaurant with fantastic food - 6 of us all ordered different dishes and they were all delicious - and great service!! the restaurant had a lovely relaxed vibe and even though they needed the table back after a couple of hours they made us comfortable outside to enjoy more drinks and desserts. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough

The food was amazing, and we really enjoyed dining on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Sagrada Família. And above all, their service was outstanding. It was the first day of our trip, and we didn’t even know how to order or what the dishes were called. But the staff were incredibly kind and patient, never once showing any frustration. Their warm hospitality made it a truly memorable experience.

The mix paella was mouthwatering and the best I’ve ever had! The staff are friendly and you can also get a view of sagrada familia when dining outdoors.

We chose Casa Angela for our last dinner in Barcelona so we could get a taste of amazing and authentic Spanish food one more time. We mostly ordered all of the tapas on the menu and we were not dissapointed! We loved any of the seafood appetizers (anchovies were really good!) the patatas bravas and of course the famous crema catalana. I think most people like Casa Angela to sit outside and enjoy a view of Sagrada Familia, but we decided to be inside since it was the evening time and it was just as quaint and cozy, I'd recommend it. For being in a touristy spot it did not feel like a tourist trap at all, so we would definitely return if we're ever in Barcelona again.

It’s easy to fall into tourist traps when you’re so close to a landmark, but Casa Angela is a true hidden gem. Every time I visit Barcelona, stopping here is an absolute must – everything they do is simply exceptional.

Great location with a small peak at sagrada when seated at the curb. Nice waiters. American music lightly plays overhead. Approachable menu. One chef keeps things moving nicely. Sangria not the freshest. Hat to ask waiter twice for a beer. Paella not bad. Touristy area so did not expect much more!

Our waiter was great around but not on top of us. The food was good. Beer was cold!! Great place to eat and while we waited for our ticket time.

Quite good but took too long to be processed. Btw it was not indicated that there was a sauce too on salmon even after having asked. Otherwise it was quite good and cheap

We had a lovely dinner whilst enjoying the view of the Sagrada Familia lit at night. The Patatas Bravas and Escalida (like a Parmiggiana) were mouthwatering, the Fedeua was delicious ???? and the refreshing Sangria. Highly recommended

All the reviews you heard about Casa Angela is true! It’s right next to Sagrada Familia, food is excellent. Per the advise I have gathered from various forums, I ordered Garlic Prawns, Spicy potatoes and Octopus. All of them were perfect! With a 40% discount, it worked out to be about 20 euro for 2 pax. 2 tapas, 2 main & 2 Cava, perfect value. Service is top notoched too
