After months in Umbria mostly eating excellent pasta, my wife and I had a yearning for a good “American style” steak. Casa del Vin Santo did not disappoint us. The choice of meats exceeded our expectations and the Rib Eye we chose was cooked to perfection. The delicious meal was enhanced by the professional attention and service we received from Leonardo. Combined, the service and the meal were very much worth the almost three hour train ride to Florence.

We made the reservation while in Florence. The parking was easy to find and was only a short walk to the restaurants. The walk was easy even with heels. Leonardo provided great service and the food was delicious. The food was affordable as well.
