The menu is not large, but the dishes we tasted are excellent in quality of ingredients as well as preparation. Our very favourite dish (and a house special) is the starter, couteaux ail persillé - razor clams lightly flavoured with parsley and garlic, stir fried in a wok. The light touch without heavy sauces or spices really makes the razor clams' freshness stand out. At 8,30€ for 8 plump and delicious clams, it's also fantastic value. The other dishes we tried are the magret de canard and the pavé de saumon, both handled in the same characteristically light touch by the young chef, who allows the fresh ingredients to speak for themselves. Bravo!
