The entrance to the restaurant itself was a bit confusing as there were so many different salons and buildings as venues for weddings and other big celebrations. The restaurant was very cosy and traditional and the food was very good. Only negatives were the seedy bread made with curry, the butter with garlic and the pouring of olive oil, followed by salt and pink ground pepper on the chocolate ingot dessert . They kindly changed mine and gave me a “virgin” ingot which was delicious.

The location is undeniably beautiful, and I must say, I find it difficult to find any faults with it. However, the marquee needs refurbishment. Apart from this minor issue, the surroundings are truly stunning. While the service was friendly, I believe that for the price of the meal, a higher level of professionalism and expertise could be expected. Unfortunately, our waiter had an accident while attempting to pour a bottle of wine and dropped the bottle on the table. Fortunately, we were not drenched, but it was evident that the waiter lacked the necessary training and knowledge. Additionally, the attire of the staff appeared to be stained with grease, which, while acceptable in a fast food joint it is not what one would expect from a restaurant of this supposed caliber. The food was ok, I ordered the "premium" steak, and it was full of gristle and honestly absolutely no flavour. The starter was 15€ for imitation alioli, badly cooked potatoes, and tuna. My partners dish was nice.

Incredible value for money with The Fork offer. Very generous portions and a sufficiently varied menu. Not haute cuisine, but good food at reasonable prices in nice settings. Would go back again and I would recommend!
