6/10The restaurant was nicely positioned but very quiet especially compared to our previous experiences on this trip. There was a definite lack of atmosphere. The food was okay but nothing special.

10/10Excellent service and a pleasant ambiance, including a lovely terrace. We celebrated a birthday, and the staff was very attentive, suggesting candles and the cake. The food is very good, especially the seafood pasta.

6/10Restaurant was ok overall, well located and nice decoration. However the food was disappointing, the starter was Buffalo mozzarella with passion fruit, it came instead with tomatoes and strawberry but no passion fruit, without an explanation. We asked for olive oil and it was unfortunately cut with sunflower oil so a bit disappointing for the prices of this restaurant. The beef was supposed to come with chimichurri sauce, it canes with something looking more like pico de gallo, again no explanations given. The truffle risotto was ok but lacking truffle flavour, tasted more like a mushroom risotto. For desert we had “café gourmand” which was not included in the fork discount but nobody mentioned it when we ordered. The cafe gourmande was very low quality small desserts, the crumble was mainly yogurt with pretty bad taste, the chocolate mousse was very basic and we had a couple of pieces of fruits.

10/10Personalised individual attention was given to us by the maitre, who made sure that we benefited from the best possible experience whilst not only complying with the TheFork program but also exceeding our expectations by adding to the promo items which were not originally eligible. Exceptional and positive treatment.

8/10Usually, risotto at Case Louise is excellent. But this time it was quite mediocre; both the presentation and the taste. From what I could see looking at neighbourgh table, it was not a single case. So, something went wrong that day; I hope it's not permanent

8/10Food took too long to come (more than 2h waiting...) and very small portions. No commercial gesture to compensate from taking too long. Positive: The staff were nice and beautiful decoration/ambiance also.

10/10The restaurant is very stylish and the food was amazing. What made this really stand out was the waitress who was really good and nice and friendly. I would give her 20/10 ! Thank you for this very memorable meal during our visit to Brussels 😍.

10/10The staff who was present on Wednesday March 6th lunchtime went the extra mile to please and provided a very cosy and familiar environment for everyone at my table. The food was good as usual and the restaurant's use of daylight windows also made up for a lovely experience.
