10/10Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Great wine selection. It was nice having the kitchen as a part of the ambience. The dessert tray “on the house” was a great finishing touch to the experience. A memorable restaurant.

10/10Restaurant is located little bit round the corner but modern and clean inferior added super professional service, fabulous food and friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth to visit and good food experience indeed!

10/10This restaurant far exceeded our expectations. Although it doesn't have a view like some of the other restaurants we went to, it was by far the best food experience of our trip, and we would go back in a heartbeat.

10/10Our favorite meal in Positana! The food was fantastic and the hospitality was even better! The presentation of each dish was extremely thoughtful and we loved being able to see the preparation of the food from the dining room.

7.5/10My boyfriend absolutely loved his tasting menu but unfortunately I only eat fish and chicken so they tried to adapt one for me but half the dishes were bland and just full of vegetables.

9.5/10We had the 5 course tasting menu which really ended up being 7 courses with 2 ‘extras’ with compliments of the chef. All the courses were delicious but of particular note was the egg with Parmesan foam which was sublime. We really enjoyed our meal and very attentive service. I was a little disappointed with my glass of sparkling wine which tasted very acidic but would definitely recommend this restaurant if you would like a gastronomic treat

10/10Everything on the “experience” tasting menu was exceptional. Quite a variety. The presentation was artistic and the service and explanation of each dish was perfect. Best meal by far during a two week trip in Italy

10/10Can’t wait for Casa Mele to get a Michelin star! The food is incredible and creative, the service is outstanding, and the ambience is perfect. We loved being able to see into the kitchen as the chef’s creations came together. Would absolutely recommend the tasting menu to anyone looking for a special dining experience in Positano!

10/10Best meal so far on our Amalfi Coast trip. The food was amazing, the service attentive. Between courses they served a lovely, small amuse bouche. Shared a tasty and pretty small grilled vegetable starter. Shared a delicious Primi (first course) risotto with/ pumpkin and lobster, then enjoyed the lamb and the turbot for Secondo (second course). Lemon ganache was amazing. Expensive but incredibly le meal. Fun to watch the kitchen staff from our table. Tasting menu looked interesting but wrecked we could not eat quite that much!

4.5/10I’m the type that will never write a bad review as I always think what could of been bad for me, could of been good for you and visa versa however it’s my obligation to let everyone know that last week when we visited we had opted for the 6 or 7 chef surprise courses and I believe it was the 5th course which was raw red meat that made us both extremely ill. Today’s Saturday, June 10th and we’re both still very sick with the stomach; my girl has heavy headache and I can’t stop running to the bathroom. I know it’s the raw meat that either was not good or it was handled with dirty hands. The night prior we dined at Da Gabrisa Ristorante and ate branzino with vegetables and it was superb and good value while here we ended up paying 397.00 euros and got poison with their food - be aware!

10/10Our evening could not have been any better thanks to the staff and chef(s) at Casa Mele. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond preparing every course and serving us. The wait staff were engaging and helpful. The open view of the kitchen allowed us to watch the chefs working in each of their stations. All were first class - attentive to every detail of each dish. Each course was beyond expectations - with immense flavor. Thank you for the extra appetizers and dessert (compliments of the chefs) and for a lovely evening.

10/10Some of the best food my wife and I have ever had, regardless of it being in Italy or not. We had the food tester and wine pairing, and wow, what an experience. The wine was as good as the food, they did an excellent job pairing it. It's hard to properly put words together with how amazing the food was, be your own critic and come to your own conclusions, however, I can't say enough good things about this place. And again, the staff was/did a phenomenal job. Wish more people from or visiting Positano would go.

9.5/10The food here was amazing- the best we have had all week in Positano. The waiters were all friendly and helpful, with just the right level of attentiveness. The atmosphere was also lovely- who needs a view when then food is the main attraction!? A lot of other places in Positano think they can get away with mediocre food, simply because of their location and view. But here the food is what matters! Would definitely recommend!

10/10We're foodies from Manhattan. We've had some great meals on the Amalfi Coast, but Casa Mele is the tops. Food is inventive and flavorful. Service is perfect. Wine list is impressive. Brisket, lamb and fish croquet were great. We were tempted to lick the plates. If you enjoy fine dining, you'll love Casa Mele.

10/10Interesting and eclectic decor. Clearly some creative mind has put the interior together. Service was great - team service, and very attentive and helpful. All spoke English very well. We did not have the tasting menu (still not over lunch) but wish we had the starter (veal confit) and main (catch of the day)were both beautifully presented and delicious. Wine list has a lot of quite expensive choices, but we had the Alta Costa Brut for only (!) 50 euros and it was very good and went with both courses.
