Nice place. Portions are quite small and relatively pricy. Staff is friendly but very pushy, the friendly gentleman was trying to up-sell everything (from side dishes, to little shots of alcohol), and the recommendations weren’t always sound (for example rice side dish didn’t fit at all with the tiradito). And they charge ridiculous prices for small side dishes (for example €4 for a small bowl of rice). Recommendation: they could offer to include one side-dish automatically in the price, that would make it more fair. Another recommendation is to increase the food portions & be more clear and less pushy regarding up-selling extra food items. With these small changes it could become a very popular spot in Madrid.

Here’s a sharper, cleaner version while keeping the same message — with numbers written in letters: The food was tasty, but seriously overpriced and the portions were tiny. You pay the price of a full meal and receive something closer to a miniature starter. I ordered both a starter and a main course, yet still had to go to another restaurant nearby to actually have dinner… after spending fifty euros here. Really disappointing. I won’t go back.
