It's a restaurant over "Casa Valcellina Hotel", located close to Montereale Valcellina train station, in their menu (as Italian both English) you can find some "FVG" specialities (I highly recommend the mixed cutlet as appetizers, but over their menu you can find some other options as main dishes & courses). I recommend also to going in this place especially for dinner, you can find a relaxed atmosphere inside. I found staff inside bit cold and not so clear about specify or advise some dishes (especially when I tried to choose dessert).
