10/10Always great food at Casa Vehla and we sat and listened to the karaoke in the bar beside the restaurant. Very reasonable priced, friendly staff. One of our go to restaurants

+1Food was lovely! The octopus and Portuguese fish were delicious, lots of flavour and tender, some great easy options for kids like lasagna/garlic bread, our waiter Diago was fantastic with his service, however they didn’t give us the 30% discount and I felt a little uncomfortable to ask about it. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience, we sat in the outdoor seating and felt well taken care of by the staff.

10/10Met by friendly faces, well looked after / mushroom in garlic for starters delicious- then topped by shared chateaubriand- all food hot and fabulous. Attention to detail - warm plates 👍 - and husband dropped napkin - picked up by staff but brought new one. Great meal ! Fantastic to get 30% off food too using Fork app - . Only gripe - no itemised bill just an overall total asked for- strange 🤔 Def recommend and will return .

4/10The restaurant refused to apply TheFork discount over the entrances, this is the second time I have this issue on this restaurant, the first time they refused to apply over dessert. TheFork rule is clear, the discount is applied over the whole menu, except drinks, so entrance and dessert are valid. If you don't agree to the promotion rules, don't subscribe your restaurant on this. I will not go back to this restaurant again.

10/10Not visited Casa Velha for 2 years so decided to book a table for myself and wife on a recent visit to Santa Eulalia. Staff were very welcoming, service was good but quality of food was exceptional. Both ordered steaks one sirloin and one fillet both cooked to suit our different taste buds.Class. We will be returning in November and this restaurant will be our first port of call

7.5/10The food and value for money is very good generally, with authentic Portuguese dishes in a setting where everything is tourist dominated. However it was definitely slow, and the prawns “al ajillo” in particular were ridiculous. 6 prawns. Seriously? Fortunately the follow up compensated for this.

10/10A warm, friendly atmosphere with attentive staff, soft lighting and relaxing background music. We had the chateaubriand steak which was delicious - along with a very reasonably priced carafe of red wine. We will definitely return.

Second visit within a few days. Grilled prawns to start, cod and T-bone steak all amazingly tasty, seasoned and cooked perfectly. Ambience is a little lacking but super clean and enough distance between tables. Service was lovely. Highly recommend Casa Velha.

The highlight of the restaurant was the quality of the food, The pork was cooked perfectly and well "temperado". My wife said the calamari was very good. We had eaten out at lunch so ordered just the mains and found the portions disappointingly small for a Portuguese restaurant. A small detail was that it was initially assumed that we would want to order and communicate in English but credit to the foreign waitress who did speak sufficiently good Portuguese when we spoke and ordered in Portuguese. We like to try authentic restaurants and this extends to the authenticity of the staff. Great to see a mix of clients in the restaurants including many locals and large birthday party groups. The ambience was ok, but the owner and staff seemed stressed, maybe due to year-end, and service seemed curt and somewhat rushed. Parking a nightmare - fortunately a small parking space next to the restaurant was available and we did not get parked in. A good option for a meal during a quieter period.

8.5/10TBone Steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly to medium rare as requested. Tagliatelle with shrimp, mushroom and ham was also served hot and tasty. Shrimp was very good. House red wine was nice. Staff was friendly.
