Very friendly and attentive service, with a good explanation of the menu and recommendations were made. The pace of the service was appropriate to a relaxed lunch, non intrusive. Very good quality dishes, beautifully presented. A typical Matera restaurant in a cellar underground setting, at the side of the Sassi.
